Villa Serena

Die Lage und die Privatsphäre waren super, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Poolbereich ist sehr schön! Auf der Terrasse konnte man super mit Blick in den schönen Garten frühstücken.

Villa Serena was very comfortable with everything we needed for an enjoyable holiday. The very effective air conditioning and fans were much appreciated, the beds were very comfortable with good quality linens and there was hot water on demand and free toiletries. The Villa was spotlessly clean when we arrived and was cleaned thoroughly on two occasions during our 2 week stay at times convenient to us. The kitchen although small is very well equipped with everything needed for cooking in and also has a Nespresso coffee machine. The owner Periklis was very friendly and in regular contact to check all was well. He dealt promptly with all queries and requests such as booking taxis or any other information. There is a handy supermarket within 2 minutes walk and a handful of tavernas within 5 minutes. There is also a bus stop immediately outside the Villa for the efficient air-conditioned bus service which runs up and down the coast. €2 to most destinations. There is a path from the Villa through the trees down to a small rocky beach but we preferred to stay by the pool or take the bus to nearby better beaches.

Very good communication and information throughout . The villa had everything we needed for our short stay .The garden and pool area is very relaxing to spend time in . The small quiet beach at the end of the garden is a good place for a morning dip .

Great facilities and chill out areas. Very friendly staff, nothing was too much trouble.

Although the inside of the villa was very clean, we did have a bit of an ant problem. Some of the outside furniture could have done with a good clean. Not very nice laying on a sun lounger speckled with bird droppings.

Nissaki is beautiful and we loved being able to walk from the end of the garden down the path to the beach. Periklis was a wonderful, kind, friendly and accommodating host, nothing was too much trouble for him.

Great location only a few minutes walk to restaurants, supermarket and beach. The restaurants were friendly and welcoming. Hired a boat for the day and sailed to Kassiopi for a look around and stopped at loads of quiet bays for a swim. Lunch was at a lovely waterside taverna in Agios Stefanos. Dinner at the Glyfa restaurant in Barbati is a must. A water taxi picks you up and drops you home and the food is wonderful! Our host was so helpful and nothing was too much bother. Thank you for a wonderful stay.
