Przemiły właściciel Kostas, który nas powitał i dbał o to, aby niczego nam nie brakowało przez cały pobyt. Na powitanie ciasto, wino i owoce. Villa sama w sobie posiada wszystko czego potrzeba. Położenie: morze (żwirowa plaża) 1 minuta, centrum miasta 15 minut spacerkiem. Bardzo polecamy.

Obiekt Rita Mare Villas jest miejscem z pewnością godnym polecenia. Począwszy od wyposażenia po wystrój i gościnność gospodarzy, którzy szybko spieszą z odpowiedzią na każde zadane pytanie. Miejsce spokojne, bardzo blisko morza w otoczeniu drzewek owocowych. Basen zadbany i czysty. Gospodarze bardzo życzliwi i przyjaźni. Na pewno polecę to miejsce bliskim i znajomym.

We adored the views in and out of Margarita villa, the layout was perfect for 2 adults, 2 teens and a child. The proximity of the sea was great for clear water swims, the pool was perfect and well maintained as was the garden. The pretty village of Gennadi was only a ten minute walk away. The owners were attentive and gave us a generous and wonderful welcome, local advice, plus they provided cleaning/ fresh bedding regularly.

Our stay at the villa was wonderful. Everything was at the highest level. The hosts are extremely kind and very helpful. They truly care about their guests. We will definitely come back again.

Нам сподобалось все від заїзду до виїзду з вілли. Басейн дуже чистий та доглянутий. Чисто все функціонує. В кожній кімнаті є телевізор (ми якраз дивилися бій Усик-Дюбуа, що було зручніше ніж ноутбук). Комфортне перебування в будинку є все для комфортного проведення часу. На кухні є все необхідне. До моря дуже близько. Зустріч була дуже приємною з нами завжди були на звʼязку і заїзд у віллу був з хорошими враженнями і виїзд також.

Our stay at Rita Mare Villa exceeded our expectations. The villa was very clean, well-equipped, and had everything we needed for a relaxing holiday. On the day of arrival, we had an early flight in the morning. However Costas arranged an early check-in for us. He welcomed us at the villa with a delicious cake and drinks. What a perfect way to start a holiday! Whenever we needed any help, Margaret and Costas were there for us. On the day of our departure, we had a evening flight, and Costas arranged everything so that we could spend the whole day at the villa. Thank you, Costas and Margaret, for your kindness and for a wonderful holiday experience!

No complaints whatsoever.

If you don´t like big hotels and you want to find a peaceful place for your holiday, this is the place. We spent an awesome 7 days with the kids. Clean house, clean beach, clean sea. The pool was great. Costas prepare some fresh fruits for the kids! There is a great taverna nearby, a supermarket, and a bakery. There is a fresh fish market a few kilometres away. If you have a car, you can travel to the sandy beaches and spend a great holiday as we did. Thank you!
