This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Swimming pool #1 is closed from Sat 16 Nov 2024 until Mon 31 Mar 2025 A damage deposit of EUR 500 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that pool heating is available upon request at an additional charge of EUR 70 per day. Please note that the pool heating can be used upon advance request for the entire stay and it requires at least one week advance notice. Starting January 1, 2024, a new Greek tax was introduced which is called the “Climate Crisis Resilience Charge,” requiring a fee of €10 per night from March to October and €4 per night from November to February. The amount needs to be paid in cash or by card upon your arrival at the villa.

Beautiful villa and excellent location with stunning views. The owner was extremely friendly and helpful and the villa was great value for money. Such great food in all the restaurants we went to and a great day out at a beach club. Would definitely go back again and recommend to friends.

"Perfect 60th celebration venue for our family of 10."

Beautiful property, excellent facilities, comfortable and clean. Anastasia perfect host. Great local restaurant Babis. Beautiful setting with ocean and Mountain View’s. Excellent location, peaceful but close enough to access Platanias and Chania. There were 10 in our party and plenty of space that we all had space to relax.

We hired a car but would have been more cost effective to use taxis.

"Beautiful Oasis in Crete"

The villa is beautifully located with a brilliant view of the sea as well as the hills. The location offers a great deal of privacy and lots of space. The owner was very helpful and on-hand to answer any queries and really welcoming. Lots of amenities nearby with a supermarket and Beach a 6 min drive away.

There was nothing to not like.
