The property is in a good location for a walk into Horning

No outside sitting area

The location and spaciousness, so very private and comfortable. 2 minutes and you are on The Broads. Fabulous location.

On request for an early check in the fee for this was far too high, especially when we were letting ourselves in with access controlled locks and not in person.

Location was perfect, host communication was very good, kitchen had everything needed, bed was very comfortable, Wi-Fi excellent.

Shower door on bath not sealed and despite attempts to avoid, water leaked on carpet. Stair carpet very worn. Sofa very uncomfortable. Musty smell in bedroom. IMO property could do with a deep clean and lick of paint.

Exceptionally clean, great location and felt at home.

A nice house in a great location within walking distance of a decent pub and a fab seafood restaurant. Warm, clean, well equipped.

As previous reviewers have commented the double bed needs replacing ,it's well past its use by date. Otherwise all was fine.

The cottage is located in quiet part of town, but within short walking distance of shops, pubs and river. It is fully equipped with comfortable bedrooms and living area. The owners are very responsive to queries/requests.

Great location so close to the pubs and restaurants and the Mississippi River Boat cruise stop.

Sadly it was very, very uncomfortable, the sofa was not comfy at all you just couldn’t get comfy, and neither were the beds, very hard and lumpy, we tried both! One was much worse but left us both without a rested nights sleep. It really could do with new carpets throughout, very thin, threadbare in fact in places, a hard mat was left to step out of the bed which was particularly uncomfortable. Communication was excellent before we arrived better directions may also be helpful for others. It was clean and tidy. Such a shame as a really lovely looking cottage outside and in a great location we had been really looking forward to staying.
