"A delightful cottage and location which exceeded our expectations."

A clean, beautifully presented, modernised property with quality utensils, appliances, decor and furnishings. Excellent off road parking. The location is very convenient with three pubs and other restaurants in the village. One pub is merely 2 minutes walk, and two others are within walking distance. The village has a useful grocery/off licence. A paddle steamer, the "Southern Comfort" offers short trips on the local Broads. A heron visited the cottage's garden each morning. Whilst the cottage garden is small, there is a large recreation ground for ball games, dog exercising, and such like, across the road leading to the cottage.

One of the bedrooms had no reading lamps, and could use a larger wardrobe. A folder with local & tourist information might be useful for some guests.
