Villa Itilo

Very spacious villa. We were a group of 11 and we never felt packed. The villa is 50 feet from the beach and the fish restaurant nearby. Location is superb for a relaxing holiday by the beach; 5 minutes from Limeni and 10 from Areopolis!!!

Not as clean as expected.

great location...30 seconds to restaurants, cafe, minimarket, beach...property has its own parking

i figured it out for myself but its good to advise guests to park close to drivinglot entrance because you do get goofs that want to go to the beach and who try to drive in here to park

Amazing House, very large rooms accommodating large groups. It's right next to the beach and has incredible views of the sea. Very.clean and well kept, with nice renovated kitchen and marble floors.

Villa Oitilo is a beautiful property in the best location in Neo Oitilo, two minutes from the beach and tavernas. Everything looks brand new and it will get better I'm sure. There are a few wires hanging from the walls and the shower heads need proper fitting as they are loose and have to be held to use them safely. The kitchen is well equipped with plenty of cutlery, crockery and glassware. There is a utility room which is fully equipped. The decor is lovely and beds and chairs very comfortable. There is a lovely terrace with tables and chairs and a sun terrace. It has good wifi.

The fifth bedroom and third bathroom are in a separate though attached annex which is not finished to the same standard as the main house. Nick is based in Canada and although he always responded to messages immediately, there is no local management so he was unable to deal with issues. The housekeeper simply checks you in and out. There is no cleaning during the week (and to be fair no-one said there would be). If this is the case there needs to be more cleaning equipment. The hair dryer and kettle were missing and there was only one tea towel. Nick offered to pay for a kettle if we drove to get one in a neighbouring town (some 30 minutes away) but we did not have a car. There was only one set of keys for 6 people. There is no information on e.g. which dustbins to use, how to turn on the stove in the annex. Local information such as taxi numbers and or any suggestions for places to go or tavernas to visit would have been helpful. There is a problem with the water supply in Oitilo due to construction work. Nick contacted the local water company immediately and the problem was solved before the day was out. However, I had to call him in Canada at my expense as, at that point the wifi was down which was quickly resolved.
