Villa "Mons & Mare"

The apartment was clean and very well equipped. It has everything you need from a kitchen and a bathroom, like you’re at home. On a arrival you receive some refreshments which is always a good thing. Good AC unit. Spacious apartment. Really nice view from the apartment and the provided pool.

Pool was really nice, but there are a lot of children who were not following the guidelines of the pool (they were jumping, shouting and were not supervised by their parents…), rules need to be stricter for smaller children. Only two private parking spaces, rest is on the street, which is not very busy but still, for such a villa, every apartment should have one private parking space. Also, this is nothing to do with the property, but Perdika streets are highly underdeveloped.

I liked that besides the private parking spot and the terrific view from the pool area, the hosts were so thoughtful of placing a bottle of wine, some biscuits and apple juice which really stands out. Simply Superb elena and Maria

The Villa "Mons & Mare" is located in a quiet street in Perdika. It is conveniently located, only 10 minutes from the sea and equally far from Parga and Syvota, allowing you to visit multiple beaches in one day. The villa was well-equipped with kitchen supplies and everything else needed for a relaxing holiday. The villa is very clean and pleasant. The balcony offered an outstanding view. You can have breakfast in complete tranquility while admiring the sea and surrounding hills, or dinner while watching the sunset. The pool is not big, but pleasant and spotless. The hospitality was excellent. Alexandra had put a bottle of white wine and Ouzo in the fridge, along with some sweets; these are minor details, but they make you feel welcome.

Nothing; however, if I had to say something, one of the bedrooms was a little small. However, it was not an issue at all.

The view was absolutely the best! The villa was very clean as well. Walking to the town center square was not the easiest but it was very close.

I liked everything about it.

Too far from beaches. Some dark streets when walking to the house at night time.
