Very clean. Lovely pool

Die Unterkunft war wundervoll, der Garten, der Pool, die Ausstattung, alles perfekt, wirklich top.

Eigentlich gar nichts.

We had a lovely 1 week stay in the villa - it was great for a family of 4 (2 adults, 2 kids - 4YO and 10 months). The villa is in an idyllic location, 10 mins drive to the beaches of Glyfada and Kontogalios. The villa has a well equipped kitchen (quick oven and decent size fridge / freezer), aircon is brilliant throughout, fly net doors so the doors can still be open but no bugs are getting in, decent shower / bathroom and comfy (firm) beds. Roberta’s dad makes sure the pool is cleaned every day and the gardens are very well maintained. It is a rural location so a car is a necessity - no problem for us as we always hire. Beaches get very busy, but with kids we made sure to get there by 10am and we had no issue parking right by the beach. There isn’t much in the local vicinity of the villa but we didn’t plan to walk out from there, it was great for the kids to play in the pool and chill out in the lounge with TV after a full on beach day. A very central location meant good access to very kid friendly beaches but also Corfu town (20mins) & 10 mins to aqua land. Worth noting that there are dogs next door (and visiting cats) but tbh we didn’t mind them as it’s very rural so it’s good to have some security (great for the kids to spot), coupled with that Roberta’s dad lives at the back of the property - very discreet but good to have someone around!

Ticked all our boxes but… If you want things that are walkable then this isn’t suitable (shop/ bars etc). The comforts that would make great additions to an already fab holiday home - a dishwasher and black out curtains in the bedroom!

Das Haus war sauber, gute Zimmeraufteilung, 2 WC, gute Ausstattung der Küche (kein Geschirrspüler), dafür stand eine Waschmaschine zur Verfügung. Grosser Kühlschrank, Tiefkühler, Mikrowelle und Backofen. Für eine vierköpfige Familie tiptop. Der Gastgeber schaute täglich dass der kleine Pool gereinigt war und bewohnte den unteren Teil vom Haus. Er hat uns mehrmals Gemüse aus seinem Garten vorbeigebracht. Parkplatz vor dem Haus perfekt. Das Areal ums Haus ist eingezäunt und Videoüberwacht, Sicherheit gewährleistet. Die Schlafzimmer und der Wohnbereich verfügten über Klimageräte, welche wir wegen der Hitze dankbar genutzt haben. Die Betten waren ok. Tüchliwechsel wurde angefragt. Überhaupt die Kommunikation war einfach, freundlich und sehr zuvorkommend. Die Lage war super, etwas abgelegen und doch schnell in Pelekas oder Korfu. Mit dem Auto kommt man gut und einigermassen zügig zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten. Wer den Massenturismus nicht braucht, ist hier genau richtig. Das WLAN hat uns vom Speed her ausgereicht.

Na ja, die vielen Katzen waren etwas lästig, waren überall und ständig auf der Terasse, obwohl wir sie nie gefüttert haben. Das Hundegebell nachts war störend, aber dafür können die Gastgeber nichts. Wenn man am Abend gerne noch auf der schönen Terasse sitzt, muss man sich gut vor Moskitos schützen, eine einfache Kerze hat leider nicht gereicht.

Lovely house and pool. Probably need a car, only a 20/25 drive from the airport. Then perfectly located to explore the nearby Pelekas, beaches, restaurants and shops. Hosts were always available and very helpful to answer questions or give advice. Many thanks

The property was spacious with beautiful garden, fully equipped kitchen, AC in both bedrooms, nice swimming pool, outdoor barbecue and upon arrival was sparkling clean. The property owner’s daughter- Roberta was extremely helpful and nice.

Great villa. Everything we needed, very helpful host. Need a car to get anywhere, but great to come back too and dip in the pool.

Neighbours dog but not much can be done about that.

The villa is beautifully secluded, yet near other villas. If you have a car, as we did, we found it perfect

Nothing

The host was very helpful with things to do in the area. Even gave us a lift to the local supermarket, waited for us and drove us back.

The barking dog next door. Nothing the host could do about it.
