Kalamaki Court Villas

Quiet location , nearby bakery & supermarket ,

Biggest issue was rubbish , could do with communal bins outside property

Good location, spacious for a couple, nice clean pool

In great need of updating especially kitchen and bathroom. Everything is old and tatty, rusting fridge. A jumble sale collection of crockery, cutlery and chipped glasses. Not terribly clean

Basic but everything was there what we needed. Nice group of people in other villas, happy to help with finding your feet.

A but too far out of resort for us and with no pavements felt a little in safe at times. Patio chairs could do with updating.

Accommodation as described. Two bedrooms, both with access to a shared balcony. Comfortable beds with good air conditioning. Downstairs a comfortable sofa with air conditioning, patio doors to swimming pools. Outdoors there was a table and chairs and four sunbeds with a sun brolley. The kitchen had a toaster, kettle, and microwave. Full-size fridge/freezer and an oven. Kalamaki and Argassi were close, but I'd recommend car hire as a little too far to walk, but plenty of taxis and most activities offered transport from Kalamaki. Airport is only a 10 minute drive but we didn't have an issue with airplane noise.

The decor was slightly tired but this wasn't an issue.

The exterior facilities swimming pools were very good and well maintained.

The kitchen area, cabinets, appliances and furniture are outdated. The washrooms have no space (counter tops) to put even a toothbrush. The stairs leading up to the very small bedrooms are very steep. We stayed for one night only and we found another place by the beach with better facilities and lower cost. Owner did not provide any refund for the inconvenince.

Great place! We loved it! We liked the facilities and the rooms as well the 3 pools right in front of the villa that my kids were swimming every day! We liked also the fact that it was near to beaches and Zakinthos town/port.
