"Superb"

The location is superb and cannot be beaten. It is stunning, as shown in the pictures on booking.com. Beautiful terrace and swimming pool. Parking for 2 cars. It is an easy 10 minute walk to the center of Kassiopi with plenty of restaurants. Very clean and well equipped with everything that we needed. New towels every two days. Simple check in and check out. We had a great time!

Smell of moist, mainly in the main building. Hard bed. Mosquitoes.

The villa located just on the beach with magnificent view. The pool is excellent. The villa is well equipped and clean. The garden is fantastic.

Only small comment...the ants are everywhere even in the bed rooms ..I would if the villa team can find solution.

Me and 4 friends went to Imerolia Beach Villa for a few days as a friend had a wedding in Kassiopi. The place was in a stunning location, and whilst there was a mouldy/musty smell when you opened the kitchen cupboards, it really didn't take anything away from the beautiful villa and views. The pool isn't heated but after being in there for 5 minutes I got used to it. You can hear the waves from the bedroom which is very peaceful at night. Its about an hour from the airport and about a 15 minute walk from the town and surrounding harbour with bars, shops and restaurants. We would go back and definitely stay in Villa Imerolia again.
