Pool Villa Grigoris

The house is very comfortable, we visited as a group of 2 families with children, 8 people in total. The house exceeded our expectations, it was very clean, comfortable and had a great time alternating beach time with pool time. All in one, highly recommended.

Great house, perfect for large families, excellent location and the hosts couldn't have been more helpful. Would definitely stay again!

Sehr schöner Pool und Außengelände. Lage war in Strandnähe und in einer ruhigen Gegend. Sehr freundlicher Empfang bei Ankunft. Bei Problemen war Vermieterin stets zu erreichen und kümmerte sich um eine Lösung. Poolhandtücher wurden zur Verfügung gestellt und Handtücher und Bettwäsche wurden in der Hälfte des Aufenthaltes gewechselt. Betten waren sehr bequem.

Sauberkeit vor allem in der Küche ist verbesserungsfähig ( bei Ankunft dreckiges Geschirr im Schrank). Kaffeemaschine funktionierte nur mit Abstrichen. Geschirrspüler reinigt schlecht und Waschmaschine läuft aus. Es wäre schön gewesen wenn das Betreten des Grundstücks durch die Vermieter vorher angekündigt wurden wäre, so saß man am Frühstückstisch und auf einmal wurde der Pool gereinigt oder Gartenarbeit erledigt.

Un può da migliorare sulle pulizie interni. Ma in generale ci è piaciuto molto. Grazie per il bel soggiorno.

Spiros was very accommodating regarding our arrival times.

Very dirty! Mould on the air conditioning unit, caused my daughter to have a cough. Another air con unit leaking water and it created a huge puddle on floor, very dangerous. Down stairs en- suite disgraceful, dirty and smelly, the smell of fish arouse every time the shower ran, toilet filled with poo stains. Shower pole fell onto my daughters head causing her to have a lump there. The smell of damp and mould in all the downstairs kitchen cupboards. Dirty fridge inside and outside. Insects invading the second downstairs en-suite. Owner let himself in when he thought we were all out, my daughter was there on her own and thought someone was breaking in and caused her a lot of distress! We asked no cleaners to visit and owner agreed and owner said he’d come to clean the pool every three days! There was never an agreement he would enter the property without telling us during our stay! Wasp nest under umbrella by pool and mosquito infested so trying to enjoy the pool in the day you get bitten by them (understandable to get bitten at night but crazy in day time outside) We had to arrange other accommodation as it wasn’t fit to stay there and my daughter didn’t feel safe knowing the owner could let himself in at any time. We weren’t there for even 24 hours before we left! Would not recommend to stay here.

The property area is big, we had a dog and there was a lot of space to play around. The pool and bbq areas are also nice, and came in handy during the days when it rained. There is AC in every room, including the living room. Location is good, but it would be better to get a car to move around quickly. The host was helpful and a message away, everything was smooth. Cleaning and new towels came every 2 to 3 days. The beach nearby is pretty good, walkable distance, a lot of shops and restaurants. If you don't have a car and don't mind staying in the same area, it is a good location.

Certain parts of the house are modern while others are old and it's a weird mix. The bathroom upstairs is top notch, while the ones on the ground floor are either tight or outdated. There was also unwashed or dirty kitchen equipment and the dishwasher was not working properly. Do not rely on the wifi, top speed was 3Mbps.

Clean spacious bedrooms - 3 twin and 1 double, 2 ensuite. Nice garden, barbeque area, outdoor eating area and pool. 6 sun loungers. (we were a family of 5, but the villa can sleep 8). The kitchen was well equipped to cook indoors. There's a good sized fridge freezer. There was aircon, but we only used it before going to bed as we spent all day out. The nearest supermarket was 20 min walk away (and a taverna and car rental) and the nearest beach was 30 min walk away (walking slowly). The beach had lots of tavernas to eat at. The nearest place to buy barbeque meat was near the Panorama Taverna along the beach front.

Water pressure was low, and not enough if 5 people all wanted a shower (the cold water showers outside had plenty of presure). No kitchen sink plug, only 1 Tea towel, cloth and no washing up liquid (we bought a bottle and left it). there was a dishwasher, but no dishwasher tablets.
