Huge outdoor area, wonderful pool and a spacious, cool house that had everything we needed.

Fantastic Villa - felt like we had our own little corner of Greece right next to an olive grove. Great spacious outside area with loads of places to sit and lovely pool checked and cleaned every day. Inside is spacious and kept cool by aircon and fans. Everywhere is very clean, living area, bath/shower room 2 bedrooms and fridge etc on both floors (3 double bedrooms and a twin). Alex an excellent host checking and wanting us to enjoy without interfering. Only 10 minute flat walk to loads of restaurants and bars - handy to take a torch to make it safe as no pavements. Loved getting to know our little cat friend. Definitely planning to return here which says it all.

Goed vriendelijke aankomst met goede inleiding van het eiland en de villa. Alle ruimte voor ons zelf en groot zwembad met veel meubels om te relaxen. Heel relaxed en goeie contact met eigenaar, hij was heel aardig.

Niks, alles viel ons mee, ook de taxi prijzen waar we bang voor waren vielen heel erg mee.

La casa è semplicemente bellissima, spaziosa, pulita e in una posizione perfetta per esplorare Zante. Ci siamo trovati davvero benissimo! Un ringraziamento speciale ad Alexandros, l’host migliore che abbiamo mai avuto: sempre disponibile, gentilissimo e pronto ad aiutarci in tutto.

My friends and I stayed in this house for a week, and we can do nothing but highly recommend it. The house is much nicer and fresher in real life than it appears in the pictures! And the host, Alex, might be one of the most understanding, helpful, and caring people we’ve ever met. He was always available to assist and was there for us from start to finish. We would highly recommend Nona’s House to anyone visiting Zakynthos, as it’s close to both Laganas and Zakynthos Town. Highly recommended!

The location was basic and no foot path to town and all other transport goes from town. The walk was dangerous and difficult with dogs coming out of other properties backing and running at you.

The cost was £500 more then using other companies for the same villa.

The property is very spacious and easily accommodated all guests, the two bathrooms were a must. The swimming pool and terrace area is really nice and the pool deceptively big. Our host (Alex) was on hand to answer any questions promptly. The villa is well equipped.

No negatives. The villa is on a busy main road but the grounds shelter the noise quite well and it feels quite secluded. The main strip is a 10 min walk away, there are no footpaths so care is needed when walking to the centre.
