Eglina Villa's

Magnolia Villa was excellent, had a really great holiday, loved the pool!! The location was excellent, very quiet and peaceful whilst sat outside. The near by beaches were lovely. Being so close to the airport was a bonus too… it’s not too busy and doesn’t disturb you, such a close view of the planes taking off is very interesting! We hired a small car and found the distance to everything was great. The owners dad who met us was really lovely, nothing too much trouble and the cleaning lady was so sweet. The Villa was cleaned twice whilst there for the week, with fresh bedding and towels both times. We will definitely book again in the future.

Lovely host, very accommodating and helpful. Pool and bbq area were great, games room was an added bonus! Villa was very spacious perfect for a large family.

You need a car to be able to get anywhere. Closest shop is 45 min walk. We hired a quad which made shopping easier, however you will spend €20 euro each way on taxis to argostoli/ lassi, so be aware of this if you plan to eat out a lot :)

Amazing villa in a great location. Proximity to the airport (you can see the runway from the villa) was not a problem as there are only a few flights each day. The villa (Perla) was comfortable, very well equipped, spacious and clean. Beds were very comfy. Georgia the manager was extremely helpful and they went out of their way to make sure we had all we needed. We hope to come back soon! Highly recommended. I would suggest hiring a car (very cheaply as we did) will make getting around a lot easier as shops and sights are some distance away. However there is a lovely local beach 5 minutes walk up the lane.

Nice and clean villa. Well equipped kitchen. Georgina was well accessible via text message and helped us find a ferry to Zakynthos. The pool and the garden are very comfortable for relaxing. Fair price.

An exceptional villa and host. We booked for 3 weeks and loved every moment of our stay here. Very near to the airport but this did not impact at all. In easy walking reach of several beaches, Eglina villas are a wonderful venue and I would recommend to anyone considering a stay in Kefalonia.

Lovely villa in a quiet but accessible location. Close to the airport but the planes were not intrusive. Family run business who were super helpful to any requirements. Had a fantastic week. 😃

Nothing had a super time.

We loved Eglina Villa and had an amazing holiday there. The location was perfect as we were within walking distance of several lovely beaches. We ate at some great local restaurants that were nearby and also drove to Argostoli one evening which has lots of shops and restaurants. The villa was only a five minute drive from the airport which was a bonus. You do get a great view of the planes taking off and landing, however this didn't disturb us at all and our kids loved seeing them.

The rooms, pool, outdoor facilities are great. The airport nearbay is not an issue (it is interesting to see how plans take off).

Electricity should be switched off when you go out - means no air-conditioning when you come back from the beach. The whole area (near to airport) is to touristic - for my taste (not so authentic Greece experience we used to) Trash bins outside the villa - they need to be cleaned more often - unpleasant oddor in front of the villa. It is hard to close balkony door from outside (from the pool) - a handle to door should be mounted.
