Property Notes

Please inform Villa Cavok in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of EUR 1000 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that for arrivals on a Sunday or during a public holiday, guests must check-in before 13:00 or inform the property in advance of their expected arrival time. Please note that bed linen and towels are not included in the price, guests can rent them on site for an additional fee or bring their own. - Double bed linen: EUR 25 per bed, per stay - Single bed linen: EUR 20 per bed, per stay - Towels (bath towel + beach towel): EUR 20 per person, per stay Reception opening hours in high season (approximately from mid-June to the end of August): Monday to Saturday: 15:00 to 18:30 Sundays and public holidays: 10:00 to 13:00. Outside of this period, reception is open from 15:00 to 18:00 from Monday to Saturday. On Sundays and public holidays, keys are left in a key box and detailed instructions are given.
