Amousso Beach Villas

Die ruhige Lage mit Blick auf die Bucht und der schöne Pool. Die Verfügbarkeit des Verwalters/Besitzers Stathis ist hervorragend. Bei Problemen wird sich zeitnah um eine Lösung gekümmert.

Leider sind ab und zu Boote über Nacht in der Bucht vor den Häusern und es lässt sich nicht so gut schlafen, wenn von dort laute Musik sowie schreierei von den Bootsgästen zu hören ist. Desweiteren fehlt es ein wenig an Ausstattung beim Geschirr( keine Schüsseln, Sektgläser, Eierbecher ect

Firstly Stathis the host was amazing, from the day of booking all the way to depature, you could not wish for a better host. The villa is clean, well laid out, the view is exceptional, we booked for a nice chilled relaxing get away, and it met every part of our expectations. Peacful, Taverna with good food and friendly staff and Beach in walking distance. You can drive to some lovely places like Sivota, Vasiliki and more for day out or evening meal. Just up in the village is two supermarkets, one opposite the two tavernas was the best lady was so friendly, the tavernas over the road also served great food and friendly service. We loved this villa so much we have booked it again. All i can say is if you look at what is available on Lefkada and you are going to hire a car (you need this to see the island) this Villa is and was the best value, with probably the best views if not as good as views as other sea view villas costing twice as much. Highly Reccomend and big thats to Stathis the host who communication was 1st Class, a really lovely genuine guy.

I really can not think of anything I disliked about the villa, the only thing i did dislike was having to pack my case and leave it, had such a great relaxing peacful time

Es incluso mejor que en las fotos, lo recomiendo al 100%. Además Stathis es muy atento y cercano. Esperamos poder volver algún día!

Simply the best sea views ever and a sizeable, well kept pool. The well equipped villa is completely private, set in the quietest of tree lined hillside. There are two small rocky coves nearby plus a public pebble beach a short walk / drive away with bar and restaurant.

We enjoyed everything but … You will be quite isolated, so need to be willing to drive up and down the narrow, twisty mountain road if you want to eat out and go sight seeing (Sivota, Vasiliki and Porto Katsiki are highly recommended). Remember to stock up on essentials at the excellent village supermarket and drive carefully - especially at night!!!

Der Gastgeber hat uns herzlich empfangen und war stets für alle Fragen offen. Er hat auch die weiteren Tage nachgefragt, ob alles passt oder etwas fehlt. Der Blick von dem kleinen Häuschen ist ein Traum und wenn man keine Designereinrichtung erwartet und es auch spartanisch mag, fühlt sich hier definitiv wohl. Wir haben gleich mehrere Tage verlängert, da uns die Umgebung und das Individuelle sehr gefallen hat. Der Pool, der Blick, das Meer, die 2 Strände und die Taverne in der unmittelbaren Umgebung lassen einen die Zeit sehr genießen. Wir würden wiederkommen.

Die Lage der Villas ist großartig, die privaten Pools sind ausreichend groß und gut gepflegt. Es gibt Liegen und Schirme im Aussenbereich. Stathis kümmert sich bestens um seine Gäste.

Die Einrichtung im Haus ist einfach und zweckmäßig und nicht wirklich gemütlich. Im Hochsommer ist das wahrscheinlich nicht störend, da man ohnehin die meiste Zeit draußen verbringt. Wir waren im Herbst unterwegs und es gab Tage, an denen ein ansprechend eingerichtetes Wohnzimmer schön gewesen wäre.
