Ktima Delmare Pantazara

This place is beyond beautiful. They really take care of the yard, they mow, clean, tidy up every day. It is really nice to wake up, and drink your coffee while listening to de waves and looking at olive trees. Private beach is the reason we loved this place so much! It is a crazy experiance to have sea just a few steps from your bedroom. We loved the comunication with owners and workers, they were all so helpful and always smiling. If you do not plan of comming with a car, this is not a place for you. The nearest small town (Loutra) is 2km away, and it only has one small shop and a few restaurants. For bigger purchases, since you do have a kitchen in the house you rented, you will need to go at least 10km. Also, “nightlife” like restaurants and music are on the other side of the island, and they are around 20-30km away.

We were staying in Villa Calliope. It is a really small house, with one room - which is a bedroom, living room and kitchen all in one, and a small bathroom. Such a small place with so many unnecessary details and decor. They have at least 5 small kitchen alpliances, but don’t have microwave oven. The house, the one that we were in is in dire need of renovation. We had a problem with ants infestation in the kitchen area, and for our 10 days stay there were 4 friendly lizards in our villa, that we had to kindly take outside, to the yard. When we made the reservation, we were told that there will be 2 weddings on the property, while we stay there, and there were 3. It is held on the other side of the property, bit it is really loud, even if you are inside the house. However, they were nice to offer us drinks every night of the weddings.

Very friendly hosts, perfect location, very clean. Beautiful property with a nice garden with lots of olive trees. I personally liked that the kitchen was very well equipped. The beach is nice and really close (20 meters and 10 steps away), we did not have the need to go to any other beach, although there are nice beaches around. Would recommend it to friends.

Amazing view, Quiet and peaceful place where my dog ​​felt great. The private beach is small and stony, but I liked even that because it doesn't require a long cleaning of sand

Imagine an orchard of olive trees, beautifully kept with flowers and lawn, overlooking a beach, the sea at your door step, sun and moon for good morning and good night, a beach all for yourself. Add very friendly staff, beach sunbeds and umbrella included, a canoe included. We had a fantastic time at Ktima Delmare and are looking forward to return.

Everything was great. Host was very helpfull. Apartment was spaciuos and just right to the beach. Beach was cosy, calm and perferct.

We really enjoyed our stay at Ktima delmare pantazara. The property is very well maintained with immaculate olive trees and green grass. We stayed at one of the three villas at the property - villa emmanuel and it was just amazing. The villa is secluded with plenty of privacy. We really enjoyed admiring the sea and the garden from the villa’s terraces. The beach with crystal clear water is just at arm’s length with installed sunbeds ready for us to enjoy. We really appreciated the beach not being crowded. It almost felt like the beach was private, reserved just for us. In the morning we would be all alone enjoying the water. Mr Sokratis and his team were extremely friendly at all times and made sure we had everything we needed. Thank you for a wonderful vacation and we will love to come back one day!
