Spacious Mint Luxury Villa access to Private Beach

Beautiful unit. Comfortable, everything was very nice and extremely clean. We adored the patio. It is so beautiful, private, quiet and with a very nice view. Our host, Simos, was attentive and easily reachable over WhatsApp.

It wasn't clear to us just how far the private beach is. You really need a car to get there. Otherwise, its easily a 30 minute walk and coming back would be up very steep hills. Its ok, but we didn't know. The pool is also a drive away. There is actually nowhere to walk really. Didn't like how fussy the system is for shutting off air conditioning if a window (patio door) is open. We had to fiddle around a lot. It should have been explained on the instruction sheet. I had to phone host for assistance.

It’s set up nicely. It’s a beautiful apartment and patio area.

Coming back at night was difficult because of the no left turn onto the main road from one direction. It creates a mess in maps. The ac was turning itself off at night in one room but Otherwise it was fine.

- The house is spacious,clean and full of amenities (AC, barbecue, fully furnished terrace, inflatable etc) - Private beach access is simply fantastics - Useful to have bar service from which you can order regulary during the day with zero delivery costs - The host is very nice, friendly and helpful

After a memorable visit last year, we knew we had to return to the Spacious Mint Luxury Villa in Agia Pelagia. The villa stands out for its practical luxury. The large living area, paired with a modern kitchen, had everything we needed - from spices to cleaning supplies. The spacious bedrooms boast comfortable beds, and the huge balcony offers impressive views of Agia Pelagia, and has everything you need to relax. What’s especially nice is the range of amenities. Whether it’s soundproofing for a peaceful sleep, streaming on the sofa or in bed for evening relaxation, the fully equipped kitchen, they've thought of it all. The surrounding views of the sea, mountains, and nearby towns are a constant treat. Within the villa complex, the communal pool is refreshing, and the private beach is a serene bonus. For meals, the family-owned pool bar/restaurant delivered quality, from their meals to their service, all at reasonable prices. Simos' hospitality, responsiveness and assistance are unmatched. In short, if you're eyeing a comfortable stay in Crete with great views and top-notch hospitality, Spacious Mint Luxury Villa should be on your list. We've enjoyed it twice and look forward to our next visit.
