Planitas Villas

We had a wonderful family holiday at Thalassa Villa! The house is tastefully and authentically decorated, with all amenities provided and very comfortable beds. The layout is perfect for two families, offering privacy for each while allowing us to enjoy the common areas together. We loved spending time on the two terraces and balcony, surrounded by flowers and plants, and of course, the pool was a highlight. The house location is also very convenient, just a few steps from the village, restaurants, and shops. The two-car parking is definitely a plus in the village.

We just hope to stay even longer next time! :-)

Beautiful indoors and outdoor area…lots of sunshine and privacy.

In town, close to the port area with all the restaurants and shops. Stunning villa, well equipped with a great pool. Very private.

It was easy to collect the keys, but it would be a nice touch if someone actually met you off the ferry and took you to the villa. We walked, but ended up going the long way, so it took us ages

Maybe a welcome pack of basic groceries? There was an amazing fruit bowl that we appreciated, but bread, milk etc. would have been a nice touch

The property is very spacious, well-located, and comfortable.

Many things were broken on our arrival: dishwasher, blow dryer, coffee maker, water pressure in one bathroom due to the shower head being so clogged, toilet leaking in 1 bathroom. While they were quick to repair, it's annoying to have to spend time making calls, or writing messages. It's annoying no have your coffee in the morning, or not being able to dry your hair after dealing with a shower that only drips water. At this price, they need to make sure everything works BEFORE guests arrive.

Location in the middle of Skopelos, it’s a large apartment for a couple

Check-in by Mr Stratos has been very poor, he didn’t inform us about to switch on ( the switch was hidden a picture on the wall) so we ha a cold shower in the evening, we sent a message to the property and the answer of Helen has been “it is written on the book inside the apartment “, the book has 20 pages. Also Mr Stratos said we clean the apt every two days, they cleaned the apt just one time. Helen’s answer our platform says just on cleaning per week. Ok inform Mr Stratos … sometimes the clients need just “I apologize “
