The location is amazing! The view is breathtaking! The pool and the villa are very clean. It's silent in the morning and in the evening. Very relaxing and recharging. There is Kalismata beach 800m away but it is abrupt and rocky, however it is very beautiful, with a beautiful rock cave in the sea. It's worth the money. Argostoli, Kefalonia's capital, is 25 minutes away. Very beautiful!

Spacious and clean villa with beautiful island views. The pool was an added bonus with two younger children. Grounds crew came around each morning to make sure lawn/pool were pristine. Similar to other reviews, you are deep in the village of Spartia, close to the water's edge, so getting out of the village and to the "main road" is a full 10 minutes. Close beaches near the villa (by car) and Amandakis beach is a short walk down, which was also nice having it so close to the villa. Would definitely recommend this property and we would definitely stay again if we are in Kefalonia in the future.

Spectacular Views: The breathtaking scenery left us in awe throughout our stay. 2. Incredible Privacy: The expansive property offers a sense of seclusion that is truly remarkable. 3. Well-Maintained Villa: The villa is relatively new, in excellent condition, and boasts views from nearly every room, providing ample space. 4. Quality Furnishings: Both the exterior and interior furnishings are of high quality. 5. Fabulous Pool: The pool is outstanding and is maintained daily. 6. Friendly Housekeeping: Housekeeping services are provided every three days by a welcoming team. 7. Immaculate Grounds: Professional exterior maintenance keeps the property pristine.

Isolation: The property is quite remote, requiring a 20-minute drive on narrow roads to reach nearby destinations. The primary bedroom bed could be improved.

Beautiful villa with amazing views. The swimming pool was of a good size & well used by the whole family. The villa itself was very clean & had been equipped with great thought with lots of extras you wouldn’t normally find, cling film, kitchen foil, torch etc & many more.

The outside sofa & chair furniture cushions were worn & could do with replacing as they were uncomfortable

We’ve just come back from an amazing stay in the villa and will definitely be booking again. Utter bliss and perfect for families and young children. Staff and cleaning team were also brilliant.
