Exceptional accommodation. I wouldn't have any complaints. The location is amazing. It is more beautiful in nature than in pictures. A pleasant walk into town. I would love to own such a house in such a place.

The Villa was located right on the beach with direct access through the gate. We had 3 tavernas within a few minutes walk and were close to the beautiful Preveza. The apartment was beautifully designed with a spectacular terrace overlooking the sea. The inside space was modern, stylish and generous - even better than the photos! Our hosts were so welcoming and accommodating - Athina and Billy couldn't do enough for us and gave us local recommendations and helped us make arrangements for trips etc. Thank you! If you are visiting Preveza - the Villa Athina is the place to stay. Fabulous.

Simply fantastic. All beyond expectations. The villa is gorgeous and is managed by Athina, who as well as being kind and nice is extremely efficient and helpful. We will be back and our friends have also declared their intention to go.

Very comfortable house, beautifully designed, on a lovely little swimming beach with amazing views from the balcony. Great quiet location, 15 minute walk from the town, but there are also beach clubs and restaurants very nearby. Athina and her family were brilliant, generous and kind hosts. We loved our time here.

The view from the balcony and and whole apartment was amazing. The host Athina and her whole family were really lovely and helpful with everything we needed. The beach is your backyard and the area is really quiet while being 15-20 minutes walking distance from restaurants and bars in Preveza central.
