MANI Kamares Beach House

Η τοποθεσία ήταν απίστευτη ,δίπλα στη θάλασσα σε απόσταση 50μ. Το σπίτι είχε τα πάντα από τα ήδη σπιτιού και κουζίνας. Οι ιδιοκτήτες πάντα πρόθυμοι!

The property has an ideal location, literally so close to the beach in a quiet area. There are some outdoor facilities for kids too which was great. The house was greatly equipped for all needs and was super clean. The host was super welcoming.

This property is truly a little slice of heaven. It’s nestled in an area of Greece where amazing beaches abound, but it is somewhat off the beaten track for a lot of tourists. Some friends who are from the area gave us a list of recommendations, which is how we chose to visit this area of Greece. The property itself includes awesome sunrise views and a sky full of stars at night; the beach at the end of the property will be your own semi-private beach; no crowds! The beach has great swimming. There are 250-year-old olive trees growing on the gated property, as well as a swing set, basketball court, beach shower at the end of the property near the shore, and a beach bath house where there are some kayaks. There are also some lounge chairs you can pull out onto the beach. The owners are very hospitable and gracious, and truly couldn’t be nicer. Right down the shore is Skoutari Beach, where there are two restaurants right on the water. (We tried one and the food was excellent.) A bit farther away are many other beaches, such as Mavrovouni beach, which has more water sports stuff, and other places where you can catch the sunset on the other side of the peninsula. Gytheio also isn’t too far away, if you are looking for more restaurants or another place to wander. There are two nearby bakeries we found, as well as a market nearby, where you can pickup any necessities. Be prepared to map out your driving route in advance. We downloaded the “Here We Go” app and a full map of Greece to help us on our 12 day driving tour. We stayed only one night, en route to our next destination, but we easily could have enjoyed a week relaxing here. Our beds were comfortable, and the house has anything a family might need. It was really lovely and we feel lucky to have stopped here.

the house is very beautiful, the place is secluded, peaceful, the sea is a few steps away, what more could a person need?

Lovely location by the beach. Peaceful, quiet, space, space, and space, large plot, 3 kayaks, beach loungers, Two excellent bakeries within 10mins drive. two bathrooms, good seating area outside. Aircon when needed. Helpful host.

You have to have a car to get to places, but we had a hire car so no problem. Downstairs bathroom floor very slippery if wet, careful !
