Villa Mare

A beautiful, large and well appointed villa with an amazing sea view and lovely pool. Costas was a wonderful host, who greeted us on arrival and helped throughout our stay. Very close to lots of great places to eat.

Modern and comfortable villa with everything you need plus more. The views are amazing. Easy to walk in to town (30 mins stroll) so car hire not essential but there are shops, tavernas and bars on the way. Can definitely recommend

The property was absolutely beyond our expectations. So peaceful and quiet yet only a 20 minute walk from the centre of Skala. The facilities are fantastic and Costas could not be any more helpful

The villa was absolutely beautiful, exceptionally clean and well presented.Beautiful location and the pool was great too. Costas was a great host and came to our aid when our taxi provider failed to turn up

I really want to give this an 8.5. It's a lovely, modern villa that was immaculately clean throughout. Top notch aircon downstairs. Master suite upstairs is spacious and has excellent views from balconies along with an amazing picture window and sofa to relax on. Pool was clean and well-maintained. BBQ was great and good supplies for eating in. Bonus cute kittens! And there's a cave up the steps from the property which was the cause of much excitement for smaller family members. Recommend a trip to Poros which has a more amazing butchers - Solomos Meat Market, Old Times restaurant next to the villa and Sugaro Pastry shop (you'll walk it off up the hill). Excellent communications from Costas throughout.

Nothing major. Upstairs needs a bigger and/or repositioned aircon unit. More comfortable seating downstairs and maybe some cushions for the bench outside? Getting up the drive the first few times and maneuvering out requires nerves of steel but it is worth it for the view. You do need a car, which I was aware of when booking. I didn't get to explore Pelagos Bay as I'd injured my knee just before the holiday. No fault of the villa's location but just to flag it's not a simple hop into the sea.

The views were unbelievable, of the ocean and the anchored yachts. It was an easy walk to restaurants, we had a car so could drive to the sandier part of the fabulous beach. The style of the villa is so cool and comfortable, with a calm, neutral, textured palette. There’s also a patisserie nearby to buy croissants for breakfast! Costas was very responsive and helpful and the villa was immaculate. The chilled local wine in the fridge was a lovely surprise. Thank you, we will definitely be back!

A beautiful villa with such a beautiful design. The private pool was wonderful, and the villa is stacked with all the equipment you need. Take notice that the villa is on top of a steep hill which requires a little effort- not drastic if your in good shape 😜. The host was very friendly.
