A large party turned up and were very noisy and disrespectful keeping us awake until 4am

Beautiful peaceful rural location. Ideal if you particularly love horses as they’re fairly close to the accommodation. Easy to find - great communication from staff. Lovely accommodation which could be stunning if small details were addressed.

Tv in bedroom unfortunately blew electrics and therefore wouldn’t work. Toilet seat loose in that same bedroom. No blind at kitchen window. Washing up bowl,plastic cup in shower (not sure if it’s purpose- maybe deter spiders!)and one shower screen grubby. One bathroom basin sink plug missing the other one didn’t work. Blind in bathroom looked like bleach had marked it. Cooker extraction hood not plugged in so could not be used. Two cooker switches brown with oil/grease. Nothing to clean with as in vacuum cleaner, brush or dustpan. You have to take bed linen off for cleaner. Would be better to offer towels- expected to take them for using hot tub but not for showering etc. Very large spider in kitchen sink when we arrived- obviously no control on that point. Horse outside accommodation being fed after 9pm while they used torches as it was dark, we were using hot tub so felt it interrupted your privacy.

The price of the property is alot considering your expected to sleep on a sofa bed where you can feel every bar underneath the mattress
