From the moment we arrived we knew we had made the right choice, Eric greeted us on arrival and talked us through everything we needed for the week ahead. We were provided with a platter of local delicacies on arrival, as well as fruit and chips / dips to welcome us. There were also essentials for the fridge, such as water, butter, juices and a few ciders and wine. These were lovely touches by the hosts and very well received. If there was anything that we had needed then Eric and his wife were more than happy to advise, we took the advice on a few local restaurants and could not have enjoyed the food more. Equally, if you didn't need much, then you were left to get on with your holiday and other than cleaning part way through the week and an early daily clean of the pool, we were left to ourselves. The villa was spotless and the outside areas amazing, we were three adults, so the six sun loungers, ample outdoor and indoor tables as well as the sofa gave us plenty of room. but also more than enough if you were a group of six. We enjoy a meal out whilst away, so we didn't cook, but the kitchen in large and well stocked, as well as an outside barbeque area. We hired a car, but there were local stores within easy reach of the villa, as well as bakeries and a few restaurants, but a car will enable you to explore further afield. We took a short drive in to Zakynthos town on a couple of occasions and it is well worth a visit. We explored up in to the hills as well, with some spectacular views to be had. Our trip was for seven days and had we the time and money, could easily have stayed for another seven.

We can honestly say that there is nothing that we could fault with this villa stay, we booked for a peaceful week in the sun, within a beautiful setting and that is exactly what we got. The location, as with most villas on Greek islands, is a little remote, so a car is a necessity.

Το σπίτι πραγματικά ξεπέρασε κάθε προσδοκία! Ο χώρος ήταν πεντακάθαρος, άνετος και καλοδιατηρημένος, με όλες τις παροχές που χρειαζόμασταν. Η πισίνα και ο κήπος ήταν ότι έπρεπε, περιβάλλον ήσυχο, ιδανικό για χαλάρωση. Ο Ερρικος ήταν φιλόξενος, ευγενικός και πάντα διαθέσιμος για ό,τι χρειαστήκαμε. Η τοποθεσία επίσης πολύ καλή, σε πολύ μικρή απόσταση από την πόλη. Πραγματικά νιώσαμε σαν το σπίτι μας και σίγουρα θα το προτιμήσουμε ξανά στις επόμενες διακοπές μας.

We werden heel hartelijk ontvangen door Erik. Hij stond altijd klaar bij vragen al was dat niet vaak nodig want de villa is prima verzorgd. Hij ligt mooi centraal. Je kunt makkelijk alle kanten op naar de stranden en ook de stad is slechts 10 minuten tot een kwartiertje rijden.

Great holiday house on a beautiful island. Pool is very nice and location is perfect, central on the island. Owner is really friendly.

Everything was perfect, Erik was very helpful host. The villa is clean and cozy, located 15 minutes from Zante town. The kitchen is fully equipped. Would definitely recommend.

If you want to drink coffee, the villa has an coffee filter, but Erik was kind enough to give us the phone number of a cafe which delivers free of charge.
