Ionian Garden Villas - Villa Pietra

Fuimos un grupo grande — 8 adultos y 2 chicos — y la verdad es que la casa nos funcionó increíble. Desde que llegamos sentimos que era uno de esos lugares donde todo fluye fácil. Hay muchísimo espacio, tanto adentro como afuera, así que cada uno podía hacer la suya sin problema. Los chicos no salían de la pileta y nosotros aprovechábamos para descansar, comer tranquilos y disfrutar del jardín, que es hermoso. La casa está muy bien equipada, todo limpio, cómodo y pensado para grupos grandes. Se nota el cuidado en cada detalle. También nos encantó lo fácil que era moverse y lo cerca que está el mar. Pero más que nada, nos quedamos con la sensación del lugar: compartir, reírnos, estar juntos sin apuro. De esos viajes que salen redondos.

So comfortable, clean, loads of space inside and out. Super pool area with all day sunshine. SO clean. lovely cleaning staff. Travelled as a group of girls (my husband's name comes up on review!). Vicky, the host, was absolutely lovely. So kind and helpful and she borough us fresh Greek goodies!! Lovely lady! V communicative and very thoughtful. Fresh food in house on arrival with olive oil and wine. House was perfect for a girls trip. Restaurant next door was great, traditional taverna, souvlaki, fish etc. perfect. Beach access a bit iffy through abandoned hotel but we swam every day from there - or can walk along road and go down steps by a nearby hotel.

The only thing thing I can think of (which is minor!) is that there are not enough cups/mugs/glasses for all the guests. Close to main road but that didn't bother us. Can't really walk along main road to Benitses as the buses almost take you out! Tried o go for a run along it but abandoned as we felt we might be hit.

Nous étions 6 adultes à séjourner à Villa Pietra et avons immédiatement été séduits par le lieu. La maison, élégante et accueillante à la fois, a beaucoup de caractère et a dépassé nos attentes. Nous avons voyagé au début du printemps et, malgré une météo instable, nous avons vécu une très belle expérience. La villa est aussi agréable pour profiter des moments plus calmes, à l'intérieur comme à l'extérieur. Les espaces sont grands, chacun peut facilement préserver son intimité, et les nombreuses salles de bain rendent le séjour très confortable. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié les terrasses et la vue sur la mer. L'emplacement est idéal, avec un accès facile à Benitses et à la ville de Corfou. La communication avec les hôtes a été excellente du début à la fin, avec un service attentionné et efficace. Un lieu plein de charme où l'on se sent bien en toutes circonstances. Nous y reviendrons sans hésiter.

We stay at Villa Pietra as couple and the weather was not so good, many times raining, but still we enjoy very much. Actually it was nice also to stay inside, the house is big and comfortable and you don’t feel bored. We sit, talk, drink coffee and look the sea when the sky was grey, it was very relaxing for us. When the rain stop, we go outside and the garden look very fresh and green, and the pool area is very beautiful even if we don’t use it too much. Everything was like in the photos, clean and easy to live. For us it was a calm and different experience, but very nice also.

We had an amazing week. The house was beautiful, and the staff went above and beyond to accomodate us.

The host Vicki was really good. We exchanged WhatsApp before we arrived and nothing was too much trouble for her. She is an asset to the villa. When 2 of my children got ear infections (from too much time in the pool) she was on it to get a Doctor around and get them seen to ASAP. I really appreciated that. There was also some lovely bits of food and drink in the fridge when we arrived - that was so nice.

Location .. unfortunately we didn't really like this part of Corfu. Well, it was OK, but if I had done my research properly we should have headed for the North of the Island. We had a car and did try to explore the North but the intense windy roads meant it was over an hour to get up there and led to car sick children - so we really had to stay in the area of the Villa. Secondly - the road outside the villa was incredibly noisy late at night and early morning. To the point that you couldn't really sit outside, or have bedroom windows open without being drowned out. One night I felt sure we were going to hear a motorbike accident.

Lovely villa . We stayed with our family and were happy with everything. Vicky our host was so helpful and there for anything we needed . We had a chef in in my birthday to cook and he was fantastic. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay .

We reached the property late at night around 11pm. Vicky was waiting for us at the door to provide the keys and showed the property around. She has even provided us the essentials for the breakfast. Always on a message away to provide any help needed. Exceptional service and a great property! we will go again soon.

Beautiful Villa Pietra, we had a great time there everything was perfect. Vicky, the hostes she was amazing, one big thanks to her. Definitely, we will come back.!
