House is located in a quite village and close to city centre. 15 minutes by car.

Unfortunately, this has been our most disappointing rental experience so far. Although the property description stated that someone would welcome us upon arrival, no one was there. Instead, we were asked to collect the keys from a hotel, and no one accompanied us to the house to provide a proper check-in or walkthrough. Because of this, we had to figure out how some of the amenities worked on our own. During our stay, we faced several major issues: • No hot water for the first four days • Broken glass left on the floor • Hair on the sheets and floor • Ants in the bedrooms • Non-functional air conditioning • Non-functional toilet flush On top of this, a cleaner was sent to the house without any prior notice, which we found disruptive. Overall, instead of enjoying a relaxing holiday, we spent much of our time trying to resolve these problems with the host and support. Although compensation was later provided, it did not fully cover the inconvenience and stress we went through. We hope that these issues are taken seriously so that future guests can have a much better experience.
