VillAgioi - Luxury villas, Private Pools, 450m to the Beach

Our stay at VillAgioi villa was nothing short of fantastic! Kostas, our gracious host, went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. The villa itself was impeccably clean, and the fresh scent of the bed linens added an extra touch of luxury. What truly impressed us was the seamless service provided by etouri's concierge team, always available through the convenient landline in the villa. It felt like we had the services of a top-tier hotel right at our fingertips. The villa's location is a dream – just steps away from a pristine sandy beach and surrounded by convenient amenities and delectable restaurants. We couldn't have asked for a more ideal spot for our vacation. We highly recommend VillAgioi for a perfect blend of hospitality, cleanliness, and an unbeatable location.

Beautiful villa in a lovely location. Minutes away from the beaches, shops & restaurants. Chania only a taxi ride away if wanting something a bit more lively. Fantastic shops, restaurants & atmosphere. Kostas & his wife Love are amazing hosts & nothing was too much trouble. The villa is serviced like a hotel, daily cleaning, linen changed & clean towels by lovely Kasia. There is also off-site concierge to assist you with taxi's & recommendations etc. Will definitely be returning!!!

Modern, comfortable well appointed villa in reasonably quiet suburb of Chania 3 nice beaches within 5 minutes walking distance Local bus stop to Chania (20mins) very close Supermarket nearby

Villa is semi detached and part of complex of three so susceptible to any noise from neighbours Beaches quite busy in Aug with mainly local visitors, but still pleasant- other months may be quieter

La villa est moderne et a tout le confort que l'on peut espérer . Le propriétaire est charmant et très réactif au moindre problème. La piscine est d'une taille très correcte . L'aménagement est de qualité . Bref le séjour aurait été parfait s'il n'y avait eu qu'une seule villa en ayant un terrain privé plus grand et ce qui était loin d'être le cas.

Les 3 actuelles villas sont toutes mitoyennes et seule une simple claustra les sépare les unes des autres. Pour notre part nous avons eu droit à de la musique de nos voisins très fort jusque tard et des éclats de voix très bruyants pendant tout le séjour . Notre seule solution était de partir toute la journée de la villa et le soir nous cloitrer pour éviter les nuisances sonores . Au vu du prix, je pense que vouloir du calme pendant les vacances n'est pas trop demandé ... Cette situation ne s'arrangera pas car ( voir photos ) en face la construction de 2 autres villas est en cours juste devant les villas actuelles. La vue sur ce chantier n'est pas non plus celle qu'on espère quand on loue une " luxury villa ". Depuis l'espace cour / piscine, il n'y a aucune visibilité extérieure, c'est un peu comme une prison dorée....

Villa molto confortevole, con area living integrata con gli spazi esterni. Camere più che adeguate per dimensione e confort. Bagni moderni e curtai nei dettagli, ma senza una netta separazione dalla camera. Cucina completa di tutto!!!! Molto vicina alle spiagge, ai campi da beach-volley e a giusta distanza dal centro della movida di Chania

La villa si trova in un'area dove stanno ancora costruendo nuove abitazioni. La pulizia degli spazi esterni ha richiesto maggior attenzione a causa della polvere portata dai cantieri vicini. Dovrebbe essere tutto sistemato per il 2024

Staff was welcoming, yet too many messages and presence. Even if the intention was positive, when on vacations, we need to be left quiet unless we need something.

Only one key carrying the badge which to be plugged for the aircon to work, so if no possibility for some people if they need to leave or stay asynchronously. On top you cannot charge any device or computer while out of the house. Same if you need to close the garden door, you need to unplug and lose light…. The location is not the best, quite far from Chania, while the closest beaches are not the most beautiful. Price vs location is also way too unbalanced.
