ΜΑΡ-ΒΙΛ HOUSES BY THE SEA

We had a great week there! The house was really comfortable for a group of 7, had everything we may need. Pool was very clean and we really appreciated how it was taken care of (also had a jaccuzi part, which was a nice surprise!). The private beach was just a few steps away. No crowds, free sunbeds and umbrellas (shared with 2 other houses, as well as the pool), just a quiet, relaxing environment. House is located just next to the road and at first we were worried, that it will be noisy, but with closed windows and AC at night, it was not a problem. From the sea side, all you can hear is pool and cicadas. Sea shore is a bit rocky, you may need swimming shoes, but it's only a few meters into the sea, then you have a beautiful, sand. You need to have a car to stay there, beacuse tere are no shops or taverns in a walking distance. There is a water sports rental place few minutes away (the way along the beach, to the left), where you can rent paddle boats or SUP. There is a cute cat with 2 children living at the property - please feed them :) They come every morning expecting breakfast :)

If you like to have total privacy, have in mind that there are 3 houses with shared pool and beach.

The villa was very clean, good size and with exceptional attention to all details. You could find absolutely anything you could need, from iron or hair dryer to dishwasher, toiletries, chopper or capucinno maker. Beds are very comfortable and windows have electric shades. Location is superb, once you exist the villa you immediately have 2 shady patios, than the large pool (cleanest pool i have ever seen, with good size for swimming, divided in 2: one with salt water and one with non-salt water). Right by the pool there is a lane with a few sunbeds and umbrellas and olive trees and, immediately after, you walk down 2 small stairs and you are on the beach. The beach is a few meters wide, with sand and pebbles, very quiet and also with a few sunbeds and umbrellas. Restaurants are 5-10 minutes by car.

The house and the grounds are very clean. It has all the necessary amenities: swimming pool, jacuzzi, lounges by the pool, lounges under the olive trees and lounges on the beach. You can reach the pool in 30 seconds and the beach in two minutes

The weather was very hot, by we could hide in the air-conditioning rooms or under the umbrella or in the shadows of the trees
