Luxurious Villa by the sea

Amazing location, outstanding value, fantastic villa. The host could not be nicer, recommended wholeheartedly.

Мы прекрасно провели время на этой вилле! Дом просторный, очень чистый, с большим количеством удобных мест для отдыха.Есть уютная зона барбекю рядом с бассейном. С территории открывается прямой выход к морю и потрясающие закаты — каждый вечер был как открытка. Хозяйка была очень доброжелательной и гостеприимной, приятно удивила нас традиционным,вкусным греческим завтраком . Нам было очень комфортно, мы чувствовали себя как дома. Настоятельно рекомендуем это место!

Если вы планируете поездки в Лутраки, имейте в виду, что на Коринфском канале находится разводной мост. Он поднимается для прохода лодок, и ожидание может занять 30–40 минут. Мы проезжали там 4 раза, и в 3 случаях стояли в пробке около 40 минут. Это особенно важно учитывать, если вы путешествуете с маленькими детьми — лучше заранее планировать маршрут и предусматривать запас по времени.

The kitchen a bit small and could have more equipment, but we had multiple meals without a problem

Die Lage ist perfekt. Der Strand mit schönen klaren Wasser direkt vor der Tür war ein Traum. Die Unterkunft sehr sauber u gepflegt. Restaurants, Cafés und Sport sowie Spielplätze sind gleich in der Nähe ( mit Auto 2 Minuten)

Die Küche könnte eine bessere Ausstattung haben. Für das tägliche Kochen sind zu wenig Küchenutensilien da.

The garden and pool area with the sea view was excellent and we were very confortable and relaxed there. The hosts were super attentive and extremely generous.

Everything. ​We had the pleasure of staying at this place and it was absolutely wonderful - we highly recommend it and wait to visit again! The property is beautiful as the photos. Waking up each day to the beautiful garden with the private pool and direct sea view was breathtaking. The host Nadia, is amazing and super kind. she truly won our hearts. The property is well equipped with everything we needed, making our stay very comfortable. There’s a big supermarket just a two-minute drive. The property offers direct access to a beach perfect for walking along the shoreline. We highly recommend it to anyone seeking a peaceful and enjoyable getaway.​

Everything was excellent. Extremely friendly, knowledgeable and helpful owner. The location is very good for planning trips and exploring Greece. The house is exceptional. Spaciousness, cleanliness and equipment are at a higher level.
