LAINI LUXURY SUITES

Wir haben uns im LAINI Luxury Suite sehr wohl gefühlt - die Appartements sind liebevoll u geschmackvoll ausgestattet, das Bett bequem. Der Pool war perfekt zum schwimmen geeignet, die ganze Anlage einladend, sehr gepflegt - bei Claire als Gastgeberin fühlten wir uns jederzeit willkommen die vielen Tipps, Restaurants u Möglichkeiten waren hervorragend :))) Danke dafür Auch Pompia hat uns sehr gefallen, die Bewohner sind uns freundlich grüßend begegnet - es gab sogar einen kleinen urigen Bäcker, fürs Frühstück war das noch warme Brot völlig ausreichend u lecker… wer gern herkömmlich essen möchte findet eine traditionelle Küche (Tiganakia) Wir kommen sicher wieder …. ein Leihwagen ist allerdings ein Must have !

die unterkunft als solchen ist super schön und auch gut zu vergleichen mit den dargestellten bildern hier bei booking. die wohnung die wir hatten (obere etage) reicht für 2 personen aus, mehr empfanden wir jedoch schwierig (laut internet für 4 personen buchbar). wir wurden bei ankunft nett von der gastgeberin empfangen, sie hatte uns alles erklärt und es gab für uns brot, weintrauben, marmelade, wasser und wein (für den start - zum frühstück). außerdem hatte sie uns einige tipps via booking chat zukommen lassen (strände, restaurant usw.)

die umgebung der unterkunft ist weniger schön/ ansehnlich, das hatten wir nicht so erwartet. die einheimischen haben oftmals blöd in unser auto geguckt wenn wir an ihnen vorbei gefahren sind.. lebensmittel vor ort waren unserer meinung nach auch nicht so schmackhaft / von guter qualität. es gibt einen lidl etwas weiter weg, den würde ich jedem gast empfehlen (statt den einheimischen supermärkten zwecks obst & gemüse). auf unserem balkon gabs eine armeisenplage… im badezimmer auf der toilette hat es oft nach abfluss und muff gerochen.

Everything was perfect.

Our 1 bdrm suite was lovely. The pool and location are perfect for a hike or beach day and then back to relax at the pool. Our hostess was always attentive to our every need. There was a broken wine glass and we needed an extra pillow - she brought them immediately.

The only downside was the hot water was scalding so be careful. And the bed could use 2 more pillows. But I would highly recommend this place. Perfect for our 3 night stay

Beautifully designed with traditional materials and methods but with all modern conveniences. The salt water pool is large and gentle in the skin and eyes. The terraces are cool with dappled shade. The kitchen is fully equipped, though a few more wine glasses and a toaster would have made it perfect! The beds are comfortable with high quality linen and bug fluffy towels. They even give you special pool towels too. The air conditioning is very efficient, making the villa comfortable even on the hottest days.

There are no negatives.

Nothing we didn't like

The accommodation was outstanding, beautiful and thoughtfully designed with everything we needed. Beds were exceptionally comfortable with quality bed linen. Full kitchen was equipped with everything we needed to cook, but there is food and shops nearby in walking distance. The pool area is lovely with loungers and we had a hammock outside the suite too, along with two outdoor dining areas. Matala is about 20 minutes drive away for a stunning beach day!

No complaints!

The hostess was very friendly and had given us good tips at the very beginning. The accommodation was very clean and very stylishly decorated in Greek country style. The pool and the garden were very inviting for relaxation. We will definitely recommend this property. All major attractions were accessible by car in a very short time. The opposite mountains and gorges were also very easy to reach from the small village <3
