We loved our stay here! The house looks exactly like in the photos—amazing! The host was very communicative and proactive, checking in several times to see if we needed anything. We were warmly welcomed with cold water, beer, and biscuits. The villa is easily reachable by car, but the road is narrow and steep. Although the center of the village is within walking distance (about 25–30 minutes), we preferred using the car daily. I highly recommend this villa for an unforgettable holiday!

Very clean Amazing views Superb and attentive host (Andreas) who could not d enough for us! The town of Agios Nikitas is lovely. Recommend car for easy access to property and to explore the lovely island of Lefkada.

Location, cleanliness , and preparation for guest was outstanding. Andreas is exceptional host, careful to fix immediately any issue . Thanks , Andreas!! In reality the place is better then pictures , with all what is necessary for comfortable vacation. More then enough place to stay 8 people without fill that is crowded..

Two days out of nine the cold water was stopped...is inacceptable .Shortage of water should be avoid somehow. Maybe add a bigger water tank to prevent supply disruption .Very uncomfortable to don't be able to use WC, shower, during such a hot days...

"Fabulous chill-out place"

Spatious house suited for 2 families with magnificent view and own pool. Very well equipped with everything you need for a relaxing stay. AC and TV in every room. Several outside spaces to sit and relax. Andreas was amazing, helping with each and every request, making sure we have everything we need.

The road leading to the house is very narrow but this seems to be the case for every secondary road in Lefkada😉 you definitely need a car to go to the beach.
