Beautiful apartment, great views, great location, beautiful santorini style place. Very cosy with a lovely plunge pool too

The location was fantastic and the room was clean and comfortable. The hot tub and the view was amazing and very relaxing. Faye was great to deal with and helped us organise our holiday and transfers, which made us feel at ease. Dimitri was friendly and helped us with our luggage. I definitely recommend Hector Cave and will be going back again.

Review: 10/10 – Absolutely Exceptional Stay! Our stay in Santorini was nothing short of perfect! From the moment we arrived, the host went above and beyond—personally carrying our luggage and warmly welcoming us. When we entered the property, we were greeted with a lovely surprise: a sweet gift and a bottle of wine waiting for us, which was such a thoughtful touch. The place itself was immaculately clean—spotless in every corner—and smelled absolutely luxurious. The amenities, including the shampoo and toiletries, were high-end and made us feel like we were staying in a five-star resort. The view from the property was simply breathtaking, and the location couldn’t have been better. Just a short walk to the famous sunset spots, top restaurants, and all the best parts of Santorini. The host also provided excellent recommendations for local restaurants and must-see places, which made our experience even more enjoyable. We genuinely couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. A true 10 out of 10 experience—we’d come back in a heartbeat!

The view (wow wow wow!), privacy of space, communication of staff (sooo helpful), closeness to shops/restaurants, pool (so worth it) and air conditioning (thank goodness) in cave like room!

Hot water ran out quickly, pillows weren’t very comfortable, there wasn’t anywhere to put your suitcases, the cats peeing on things outside was frustrating (obviously this issue is one that can’t be helped as there are cars everywhere)

The location in the old town is brilliant. Close to the castle shops and restaurants. The main path is just at the bottom of our stairs but you are far enough away to not be bothered by passing traffic. The jacuzzi was a little sanctuary to come back to every day. The cave house is very roomy and comfortable. It was all as good as we expected. Would highly recommend this accommodation to anyone. Worth the price for sure.

The ventilator in the bedroom was a little noisy. That is about it.

Absolutely beautiful!!! The view was breath taking the service was unbelievable! They walked our bags all through the streets, wine and gifts on arrival & service was unbelievable. In the busy craziness of Santorini this is bliss! The place is so clean, right next to all the right restaurants without feeling like we are on top of each other with other villas. Our beautiful host was so helpful, polite and made it amazing for us! Couldn’t recommend enough.

Wow wow wow! What an incredible stay. The location is perfect. I booked the Caldera Nest Studio and it was the ideal size for a solo traveller. The terrace is a great size and the plunge pool makes it extra special. Faye was the most amazing and accommodating host. The views of the caldera are unreal!

Absolutely stunning views and perfect location to relax or explore. Staff were very helpful with getting us to / from the accommodation. Great communication and suggested restaurants / activities for us. We loved our stay!!
