The outdoor area, pool and downstairs living area, which was clean, modern, and very comfortable.

Upstairs bathroom door was difficult to unlock, and there was no seating on the upstairs balcony, which would have been a nice touch to be able to watch the sunset.

Comfy beds, big TV, beautiful pool, big tables, lots of chairs

Spacious house, lovely garden with perfect swimming pool. Location close to Tsilivi but a car needed. Quiet area. Contact with opposite neighbors was really nice. Parking direct at the villa but drive 20 meters further in the area and extra places for extra cars. We really enjoyed everything! Contact with host Maria was real nice and very helpful via whatsapp. I recommend this villa!!!!!

Maybe an extra umbrella against the sun but there is plenty of shade under the balcony/veranda. At first we missed some information how to find the exact villa in the area but Maria was helpful.

1). Όταν καλέσαμε για να ενημερώσουμε πώς φτάσαμε και για να ζητήσουμε περαιτέρω πληροφορίες για την τοποθεσία του καταλύματος ειδοποιηθήκαμε πως θα πρέπει να περιμένουμε τουλάχιστον μια ώρα ώστε να μπούμε στο κατάλυμα παρόλο που είχαμε ενημερώσει με email για την ακριβή ώρα άφιξης μας .Τελικά περιμέναμε 2,5 ώρες. 2). Το κατάλυμα παραδόθηκε ημιτελές ως προς την καθαριότητα. Διαπιστώθηκαν πολλές αστοχίες ως προς την καθαριότητα. Οι τουαλέτες ήταν εξαιρετικά βρώμικες. Τις καθαρίσαμε εμείς. 3). Στις παροχές έλεγε ότι υπήρχαν πετσέτες και μπουρνούζια παραλίας κάτι που δεν ίσχυε. 4). Υπήρχε διαρροή και βούλωμα στο ένα από τα δύο μπάνια που διορθώθηκε την επόμενη από μια μέρα. Το νερό έσταζε στα χαρτιά υγείας αλλά κ στο ηλεκτρικό πιστολάκι μαλλιών που είχε γεμίσει νερό. Καμία ειδοποίηση μη χρήσης της ηλεκτρικής συσκευής. 5). Η επανάληψη της καθαριότητας (αλλαγή σεντονιών και πετσετών , χαρτιά υγείας, συγκομιδή σκουπιδιών -τα βασικά δλδ- ) θα γινόταν στις 3 ημέρες κάτι που δεν έγινε. Έφεραν σεντόνια ( να τα αλλάξουμε εμείς) κ 4 πετσέτες την τελευταία μέρα που φεύγαμε και φυσικά δεν μπορέσαμε να τα χρησιμοποιήσουμε. 6) Ζητήσαμε ένα έξτρα ράντζο για το παιδί κ μας έφεραν ένα με ακατάλληλο βρώμικο στρώμα.(Δεν χρησιμοποιήθηκε για λόγους υγιεινής)

Just back from a great stay at Zante Oceana with 5 other friends and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend! Lovely decor as in the promo photos. Spacious villa. Outside area and pool fabulous. Lots of areas can find shade if need, (very very hot last.few days of our stay). Including a lovely day bed. Well equipped kitchen and villa.. Spiros was our resort contact by Whats App and he always responded really promptly to any queries and followed up quickly. It's about a 20 minute walk into Tsilvi, which we didn't mind at cooler times. Just walk with care as no paths first half. We got a minibus back and used the same company for this all week, which was great. Maria the property manager, was so helpful with a change to a later check out time. We had a fantastic stay and would definately use again. Efharisto Zante Ocaeana team ❤️

Nothing - Everything was great. Only a suggestion - a second movable sun shade would be useful, when want to be in part shade. Even if was in storage to use as needed.

It was one of the best villa I ever stay. Beautiful patio, gazebo, swimming pool couldn't be better. Very close to restaurants, beaches, shops of Tsilivy. The check-in is an easy, friendly host. We loved every moment. I'm looking forward to come back.

Beautiful house. Big rooms very comfortable for a family with kids.

The parking is very tight. We didn’t mind but for someone not use to the right spots could be difficult.

Is is a beautiful, modern and well located house. I loved the design. The garden is amazing with the swimming pool and sun-beds Spiros was nice and helpful and the house was clean thanks to the lady who came.

no hot water durning the stay due to a problem with the solar system. unfortunately fixed only the last day
