Mami`s House with Private Pool

Nice, clean, modern facilities. Perfect for families. Worth noting the master room is connecting to a double room with a shared bathroom which was suitable for the family of 4 that stayed. The other rooms are in a separate wing of the villa, one large double with en-suite and 2 singles with en-suite. The villa also has a kitchen/ dining/ living area with main bathroom too. It has a large outdoor seating area for dining, corner sofa for chilling out and sun beds enough for 8 people, along with a pool for a nice dip. As there were 8 of us (6 adults, 2 children) in total and we didn’t feel on top of one another, the space seemed much bigger to us than initially looking at the photos when booking which was an added bonus. The surrounding area is quiet and the villa is very private set off a quiet road which takes you just a short walking distance from the main strip of pefkos or to a beach just down a small hill. A member of staff was easy to reach on WhatsApp with any questions we had and was very attentive in their response. We organised a midweek clean with fresh linen and towels (you can also use the washing machine provided). They allowed us a later check out too.

Nothing not to like

Really close to a fabulous quiet beach (St Thomas) - easy short walk (a short hill down to the sand), really easy to get to restaurants, comfortable and a home from home. All in excellent order, a beautiful villa.

All really good, if I had to pick one thing, the beds are quirky, with one on a raised area with 3 steps up to the bed which is then a mattress on the floor, not so easy for those with mobility issues, but actually fun, like a loft bed, a lovely room though. The main house has a bathroom with a hand held shower in the bath, though there are 4 bathrooms so this wasn’t a problem

Great location away from noisy streets but a very short walk to the beach for early morning swims.

We all felt the Dingle could have been a double room and the dingles could have been next to adjoining room to make it a more usable space . A couple of yoga mats would have been good alongside a radio to listen to music in the evenings. Lovely welcome hamper which meant didn’t have to rush out to get milk and coffee on the first day.
