"The best sea views in Zakinthos!"

We are just home from a week at Sea Breeze Villa as a family of 7 adults & 1 toddler and have to say, it is the most beautiful villa we have ever visited. The views and garden space are stunning! The villa itself has plenty of space, and everything you need. Anna gave us the nicest welcome with a home cooked meal on arrival, and was incredibly kind and helpful throughout. You are lucky enough to experience a bit of the Zakinthos country side on the walk to the beach (5-10mins) or the walk to the town (15-20mins) which we did multiple times a day! I could not recommend the place enough, and we are all very sad to be home and not waking up to the sea views! It is hard to find a place where all of us agree we would like to come back to, but we are all counting down the days until we can return! Thanks for everything Anna, and hope to see you & Sea Breeze Villa again very soon!!

Excellent location with stunning views- good for the soul. Beautifully appointed villa with all home comforts and more. It’s a gem. Host Anna is marvellous- friendly, engaging, and very helpful.

The garden area is lovely. A nice well equipped bbq area. Lots of seating in the garden. Amazingly MF sea view and sounds of the sea. Anna (the owner) could not have been more helpful!!!!

There wasn’t anything to dislike!

"Exceptional"

The house was beautiful, clean, big and comfortable. It had all we needed and more. The pool and the front yard is awesome and the location is perfect, first on the beach line, 5 min from the nearest sandy beach with bars and resturants.

"Perfect vill"

The villa is very spacious with fantastic views. The host Anna popped by every day to make sure everything was ok and she cooked a lasagne for us on arrival. The swimming pool is a lovely size, the town is a 20min walk away and the beach is around 5min walk.
