Aniv Villa by the Sea

This Villa was Perfect. The beds, bathrooms, towels, kitchen supplies were up to date and in great condition. Jacobina and George were friendly and helpful. The views from the porch and rooftop could not be beat.

The location couldn’t be better and the hosts were amazingly friendly and helpful. This is my favorite Greek island and I would love to return to this villa. It was clean, cool, and so so comfortable.

Amazing !!! Our stay at Aniv Villa by the Sea in Kini, Syros was simply unforgettable. Perched just feet from the shoreline, the villa offers stunning views, elegant design, and total tranquility. Every room is beautifully styled with modern comforts and Cycladic charm. Waking up to the sound of waves and enjoying breakfast on the sun-drenched terrace was pure bliss. Just a short walk to Kini’s beach and tavernas, the location is perfect. Our hosts were incredibly welcoming and attentive, making us feel right at home. Aniv Villa is a true seaside sanctuary—we can’t wait to return. Thank you Jacobina and George !! You're not just hosts to us......but friends. We will see you again soon.

What a villa. The place was ideal for relaxing and adventure. Our hosts made you feel that you were part of their family. Warm smiles welcome you on arrival and with an excitement to please. The room was set up to accommodate the whole family. Absolutely perfect for a great holiday

Nothing, everything was perfect

The location is amazing, right at the beach. The house is great too, well equipped for cooking, comfortable and spacious.

Amazing house for families with all necessary modern facilities, close to the beach and with a stunning sunset view. The hosts are incredibly gracious and helpful.

One of a kind property in a great location by the sea. Very comfortable beds, good quality linen/towels, excellent kitchen that is well stocked, private front yard with sea loungers and big dining table, superb roof top overlooking the bay, modern technology throughout the property. Fantastic, kind, thoughtful hosts. Gorgeous, clear sea within one minute of the property. Selection of tavernas within stone’s throw (during season).

Property was excellent, we loved it. To note: (1) for a proper supermarket a car is needed (there is also a bus but we didn’t try it) - the local mini market is small, has poor selection and is expensive. (2) We did not use the jacuzzi as it had strong odours of cleaning products and I am allergic. (3) the sand on the beach is full of cigarette butts, but with this property there is no need to lie on the beach as there is a large private yard.

Beautiful villa, was new, clean and comfortable. Outdoor sitting areas on ground level and roof top are well furnished and provide beautiful vistas of the bay in front of the house. Well outfitted kitchen. Bathrooms are spacious and new. The outdoor shower next to the sauna was great!
