"Tranquillité et vue magnifique dans ce village suspendu"

L accueil de Katarina et son fils. La situation de la maison à proximité d Héraklion mais sans les inconvénients, l ambiance de ce village suspendu. La possibilité de se restaurer dans la taverne du fils, sur la petite place du village parmi les habitants… Une vraie immersion, génial.

Nous revenons d'un séjour en Crète incroyable et ce en grande partie grâce à Katarina et sa famille qui nous ont loué leur magnifique maison. Tout était parfait. Katarina et son fils sont aux petits soins. De plus Elia est un charmant petit village où reigne une sérénité et une vraie vie de village. Nous avons passé de très bonnes soirées à la taverne de la place principale où le repas est de qualité et excellent. Les deux serveurs sont super gentils. Enfin bref nos vacances sont une réussite et ce grâce à la maison en elle même qui était vraiment relaxante et à Katarina et sa famille♥️

Booked six nights- left after two

“Two bedroom” villa was actually one bedroom, with a bed on the landing. Exposed electrical wiring, solar hot water inadequate. If you turned the electric water heater on, it blew the electrics for the whole building. No dedicated parking. House surrounded by derelict buildings. Local men looked inappropriately at my teenage daughter, who felt unsafe.

"Lovely Elia Woodstone Houses"

Katerina and Minas are great hosts, very warm and welcoming, when we arrived there was Milk, Bread and some nice Fruit to help us settle in. They are always helpful with a great knowledge of the Island and told us the best places to visit.. The Villa was clean and peaceful with beautiful views and in a nice friendly village. The Pool was very welcome in the hot Crete weather.

"Nice home with pool in cute village"

Elia is such a cute village to stay in and we enjoyed our time here away from the big city, which was only a short drive away. Check out the local cafe and taverna for sure! The home was comfortable, and we loved swimming in the pool on hot afternoons.

The lofted bedroom area was hard to get cool on hot days. The Wi-Fi didn’t work on arrival but was fixed by the next day.
