We had an amazing stay at this lovely house! The location is perfect—just a short walk to the beach, supermarket, and restaurants, yet the area is quiet and peaceful. The house itself was spotless, well-maintained, and had comfortable beds. The spacious garden was a beautiful bonus. Maria, the host, was incredibly attentive and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend!

Villa Melenia is a beautifully gated multi-level & spacious villa you have all to yourself that includes several patios and a very large top floor deck to relax (pic #3 taken from top deck). Has all the amenities for your comfort. Catch the sunrise & take in moonlit nights. The villa is thoughtfully decorated with love & warmth. Maria welcomed me with Fruit, Wine, a Fantastic Greek Salad, and Delicious mini pies. She took me through the home, showed all amenities, and was a quick chat away for anything. Very comfortable beds & pillows-so important to start your day! Excellent location to Agia Pelagia, Lygaria Beach, Psaromoura Beach (pic #4-just minutes away), Amnissos Beach, Palace of Knossos Ruins, Sunset Cliffs. Also close to the Harbor to sightsee and/or hop on a ferry to island hop. Maria was accommodating , accessible, replied quickly and gave GREAT dining suggestions including, "Peskasi,” known for their authentic Cretan Dishes. You will also find tavernas or taverns right on the beach(s) for wonderful hospitality, delicious food & drink. Supermarkets & Souvenir Shops are a stone’s throw away. Excellent Value and Choice for small and large groups, solo travelers, & families.. Perfect Host, Perfect Home. Thank you Maria!

Amazing host, she was very responsive and had good recommendations for restaurants around the area! The accommodation was big. Has a very spacious sitting room. Our family spent all the evenings on the outside terrace where we could have BBQ. Great location! Close to the beach and to stores.

Very well equipped spacious apartment, excellent location: close to the beach, supermarket and restaurants while nice and quiet. Comfortable beds, large TV and super kind and attentive host.

Very steep way to the parking, however it did not impact us as we had no car at our disposal.

The house was very convenient for 4-5 people with all the necessities and very clean. Mrs Maria (the owner) was more than helpful in everything we asked and always with a smile and care for our visit.

A very comfortable house with magnificent sea-views and a beautiful garden, strategically situated if you want to explore the island of Crete!! Maria is a very efficient host and the restaurant in front of the house makes it just the perfect place to stay at in Crete!! Thank you

It's a beautiful house in a great location. We had the upper floor flat with that big terrace with a gorgeous mountain and sea view - the perfect spot for scenic breakfast or lunch. The rooms are pretty basic, but the villa is spacious and had everything we needed. It's located in a quiet village, in a great spot - up high on a hill but still close to the beach. There's also a needy orange cat that came to sit with us (and demand food) every time we were out on the terrace. Overall, this is a perfect place for an authentic Greek family holiday and we really enjoyed ourselves. The host was very lovely and helpful as well. We'd come back to this place in Crete!

Take notice that the villa is on a hill so there's a lot of steps to cover and a little bit difficult to drive the car up a steep hill to park.
