Fabulous location and view

Only drawback - one toilet in the bathroom for a large number of people. Made getting up and going to bed one we needed to coordinate carefully!

Have no illusions, you're paying for the location. It IS amazing and the view over Lakka town and the bay is breathtaking. To sit there at night under the stars and watch the boats bobbing about is a unique experience which I was trying to drum into the kids ... take this in guys! And again during the day .. great fun to look down on the daily activity and the coming and going of the sailing boats, yachts, ferries and the little dinghies shuttling people to the harbour and back ... awesome. The property should have more comfortable chairs and loungers to sit on, whilst on the balcony as this is the best part of the property. The outdoor space could be a lot, lot smarter in my opinion. As so many people have said, the climb up the hill is steep, but not too long and easily do-able. The house itself wasn't really our normal go-to place. It's perfectly clean and we didn't lack for anything. It had that 'lived-in' feel, cluttered, loads of 'stuff' everywhere. It's not really 'comfort' although the beds were fine. I suppose we would normally go for a 'less busy' decor. If you prefer those kinds of places ... it's perfect for you. Helen and George were great - very helpful with sorting taxis and advice.

The house is in a great location overlooking the beautiful bay of Lakka. The views over the bay watching the boats come and go are amazing. It’s close to all the restaurants on Lakka. George, Helen and Christina are really lovely people who own the property. Special thanks to George who stepped in at the last minute to take us back to the ferry in his car when our taxi didn’t arrive 🙏🙏

Nothing it was a wonderful 4 days in beautiful Paxos.

Great location, walking distance to beach. George was very welcoming with good advice on resturants and activities to do in paxos. The home has a beautiful view and big veranda. The beds were comfy. Some advice would be to definitely do a boat trip. If coming from corfu on ferry then try take the dophine one as it is faster and more reliable.

The rooms and bathroom are dated. There was a very musty smell throughout the bedrooms and house. It was advertised as having 2 bathrooms and 4 bedrooms. One bathroom is all it had and 1 bedroom was closed off. The house was cluttered with owners belongings as though not prepared for guests. The dishwasher was full!!! It was as though everything was thrown up to the attic and into drawers in a hurry before we arrived.I was disappointed and would not return. It really needs a complete refurbishment.

We loved this property because the view from the patio is just so beautiful Watching the boats coming & going we loved it The house is spacious & has everything you might need our hosts were so helpful & friendly & helped us all along the holidays

There is a good hill up to house but we were fitter going home
