Lovely accommodations in the hills with a fantastic view of the sea and coves…very peaceful

The get away from the touristy areas but close to access the town is ideal. The hosts are wonderful - are across from the villa, but give you space and help you with everything including a hire car - which is needed; it is up a cliff side road in olive tree plantation - very steep. The garden and facilities are wonderful.

Be prepared for mosquitoes however the hosts have plug ins and advise how to keep them at bay plus the Aircon units are fantastic - in all rooms.

I really liked the location with a great view and felt very safe and comfortable. It had all the amenities that we needed. It was extremely clean. The flowers and greenery around the villa made it a remarkable and memorable stay. They were extremely helpful with suggestions around the area to go. I can't wait to return next year.

Everything was perfect.

The home and its location felt like being at your Aunty's holiday house in an Italian countryside. It had everything we needed and more. The views from the lovely garden were amazing. You see the ocean, mountains, and the monastery perched on the hill. The area is quiet,nestled amongst the hills. We were greeted by the host Constantino's parents, Leonidas and Emmy, who are opposite the villa.As our flight was delayed by several hours, we didn't arrive until very late in the evening. They welcomed us with open arms. As we hadn't eaten, Emmy served us some traditional baked vegetables with feta, and Leonidas poured some wine. We chatted well into the night. The surrounding area of Paleokatritsa wasn't like your typical suburb, but it had everything you needed like taverns, shops, cafes, ATMs,two beaches opposite each other in a turquoise coloured Cove, and more. The house felt like home. We wished we could stay longer. On our next trip, we will definitely come back again.

There are no negatives about the place. But,as the area is nestled in the hills, the road leading to the Villa is narrow,winding, and has a few sharp turns. However, all you need to do it take your time getting there as it is totally worth it.

Very friendly owner and dad. The house is very well equipped and laid out. My kids loved playing in the garden. The view!

Perfect.

The hosts were most friendly. They have awaited us even with Souvlaki, steaks, salad and Tsatsiki, although we've arrived too late close to midnight. The kids got presents from the host every other day. The house is spacey and cosy. Everything is solid and clean and there is a large outdoor grill with sink and a magnificant view. Inlcuded for free are Gregorian chants from the monastry downhill.

A dishwasher would be a nice add-on, but that is really a minor. So the kids learned how to do dishes :) The bathroom is a bit small, but therefore there is a nice outdoor shower which compensates.

I liked the yard, extremely spacious, green with lots of flowers. The villa is well equipped and spacious with all necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The host was at our disposal for anything we may need. We received welcome drinks as well.

Google maps took us to a different place, like we were in the middle of nowhere, which was alarming at first. The road to the beach is narrow and one needs excellent driving skills, especially if another car is driving in the opposite direction. The nearby beach is rocky, however the other one is marvelous.

The house stands in a perfect location. It's quiet, very comfortable, well equipped, has a beautiful garden with barbeque kitchen. The host - Leonidas- is very friendly and a great host.

All was perfect
