We had a wonderful stay! The property was exceptionally clean, fully equipped, and very comfortable. The outdoor space was lovely and provided a perfect setting to relax and enjoy the surroundings. Everything was well organized and maintained. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

Our stay at Phaistos Villas was truly exceptional. Nestled in the charming village of Sivas, this property offers the perfect balance between luxury and authentic Cretan tranquility. The atmosphere is peaceful and relaxing, making it an ideal escape from busy everyday life. The private pool was wonderful, while the shared pool area was equally beautiful and impeccably maintained. The entire complex is thoughtfully designed, combining modern comfort with the character and warmth of a traditional village setting. We especially loved the calm surroundings, the stunning ambiance, and the feeling of privacy throughout our stay. Everything was spotless, stylish, and exceeded our expectations. If you are looking for a place that combines elegance, comfort, and genuine relaxation in Southern Crete, this is the perfect choice. Μείναμε και στις δύο βίλες, Erato και Dafne, και ήταν πολύ πρακτικό που βρίσκονται τόσο κοντά μεταξύ τους. Ο χώρος είναι ήρεμος και ιδανικός αν ταξιδεύεις με παρέα αλλά θέλεις και λίγη ιδιωτικότητα. Κατά την άφιξη υπήρχε κάποιος να μας υποδεχτεί και να μας δείξει τα σπίτια, οπότε όλα κύλησαν εύκολα από την αρχή. Συνολικά, θα το προτείναμε σε όποιον ψάχνει ένα ήσυχο και αυθεντικό μέρος για διακοπές.

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Dafne in the Phaistos Villas. It’s a super cute little house, full of charm and character. The houses are not brand new, but that’s exactly what gives the place its authentic and cozy feeling. We were warmly welcomed on arrival, shown around the house, and everything was explained to us, which made us feel comfortable right away. The location in the village of Sivas is beautiful and peaceful. There are three houses in total sharing a lovely pool, which creates a very relaxed and friendly atmosphere. We truly enjoyed our time here and would definitely come back.

We stayed at Villa Kastalia and had a really lovely experience. The other two villas were also occupied during our stay, but it didn’t bother us at all—in fact, it added to the atmosphere. It felt more like a relaxed, friendly gathering than a typical holiday setup. The balance between privacy and shared space was just right. You still have your own villa and quiet moments, but at the same time there’s a nice sense of connection around the pool area. It’s a place where everything just feels easy and natural, without being over-organized or artificial.
