Lovely peace and quiet, surroundings heavenly, great design cottages in natural olive grove. Animals were great fun.

Mosquitoes!

What a lovely place to stay! I enjoyed it so much and was sad to leave this morning. It is set in a quiet garden with olive trees. The swimmingpool is lovely and the three cats were lovely company, so I couldn’t help myself spoiling them a little bit. It’s an easy walk into Town, and I think I will be back for more Paxos life.

The only thing would be the mosquito’s. Make sure you’ve got a good repellent.

We loved staying at Kitrini, as we don't go out much, it suited us perfectly, so quiet and peaceful, a shady terrace with a little village shop just minutes away for fresh bread (order the day before!) and basics. We had a car for a week, then just walked into Gaios which took about 15/20 minutes. Our cleaning lady Tilla was a delight, and we made good friends with her. Her standards are very high. The pool is kept very clean, and despite sharing the property area with 2 other cottages, we hardly crossed paths with anyone, so it felt very private. The pool is probably a bit too deep for small children. We will certainly stay there again.

Kitrini is a bit dark inside, but it was nice and cool so didn't bother us too much.

A beautiful place to relax. Ms Tilla, the cleaning lady, was very courteous and nice and there every day. The house, the grounds and the pool were very well maintained and the flat was stylishly furnished. The bed was comfortable and the air conditioning worked well. A rental car is definitely necessary as the house is relatively remote. It was ideally located for our stay and our expectations.

The house is surrounded by olive trees, which provide a lot of shade. The garden is well maintained, but little daylight comes through the windows. This means that you have to turn on the light in the house during the day. Shady spots mean that there are also many mosquitoes during the day, which unfortunately make it difficult to relax on the beautiful terrace.

The thought and care of design/layout of site - spacious, individual, considrate of surroundings - trees and natural feeling of space was lovely. The villa was comfortable and spotlessly clean. Tila (the woman who attends to the site) is very lovely - thoughtful, friendly, kind and good at her job. Great value for money.

Kitchen area in villa not easiest or most user friendly ie no hot water to sink, poor selection of cooking/preparation utensils and small working space.....this is a minor in comparison to all good points of villa!
