LENICO Seafront Villa

Everything was as described in the description of the villa. A beautiful seafront villa, a few steps from the sea, from tavernas and from shops. Each room has Ac and Tv. Very nicely decorated, great shower, fully equipped kitchen, even a functional barbecue. The sea is cristal clear, morning swims just like in an aquarium. The village itself is small and lovely. Our host Maria was a perfect host, caring, available and she always arrived with a little surprise whenever she needed to come. Thank you Maria for all you did. I will certainly go back to this beautiful villa, it was an exceptional 15 days.

The property was modern and beautiful. Maria is an incredible hostess. The location is perfect. The villa is right on the beach and the hot tub was awesome. We loved the little extras like fruit and wine. Shopping and restaurants were only a few steps away. I highly recommend this villa. A perfect 10!

Wir sind total begeistert von dieser Unterkunft und ihrer Gastgeberin Maria. Sie hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen und war total bemüht, dass alles zu unserer Zufriedenheit war. Sie hat uns mit kretischen Süßigkeiten verwöhnt und uns am Abreisetag einen etwas längeren Aufenthalt erlaubt, da unser Flug erst am Abend ging. Zur Lage kann man nur eines sagen"einfach traumhaft"direkt am meer. Man muss nur über eine schmale Promenade gehen und ist am Strand. Dort kann man gegen Gebühr schirm und liegen mieten....oder man bleibt ganz einfach im Sehr gepflegten und mit Liegen ausgestatteten Garten der Villa. Der Whirlpool ist noch ein Highlight dazu. Das Haus ist sehr modern eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Alles in allem ein unvergesslicher Urlaub und wir haben vor wieder zu kommen. Liebe Grüße Ulrike aus Wien

Die Lage war sehr gut. Man war in 3 Schritten am Meer und gleichzeitig hatte man seine Privatsphäre, da die Terrasse erhöht lag. In der Umgebung gab es eine große Anzahl an tollen Restaurants mit Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für den täglichen Bedarf. Angebote wie Bootsfahrten und Mietwagen waren auch direkt um die Ecke. Wenn man also einen Strandurlaub möchte mit viel Entspannung, ist es die perfekte Lage. Möchte man jedoch mehr von Kreta sehen, bräuchte man schon ein Auto, da man mit den Bussen nicht wirklich weg kommt. Das Haus selber was sehr modern und sehr gut eingerichtet, sehr sauber und gemütlich. Es gab sogar überall Fliegengittertüren und Rollläden an jedem Fenster 😁. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Gastfreundschaft von Maria. Es gab nicht nur am ersten Tag einen Korb mit Obst, Kuchen und Getränke, sondern auch zwischendurch und am Ende noch ein Abschiedsgeschenk mit Olivenöl und Raki. Die Kommunikation mit Maria war vor und während der Reise einwandfrei, stets erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit.

Everything was how I envisioned. Maria the owner was a pleasure to engage with, she was very attentive and professional making herself available for any issue that may arise responding to any request or query in a very timely manner, when attending to the property to put chemicals into the jacuzzi she always came with treats. The location of the property couldn't be more perfect for those who love a classic postercard Greek sunrise right in the centre of Agia Pelagia, due to the high beach side wall the property retains a good level of privacy from the the crowds on the beach. The various tavernas along the beach were all exceptional, serving amazing food, in fact, didn't have a meal at any of them we didn't enjoy. I could go on, but in summary, this was by far the best holiday I could have asked for. One last mention is the convenience of the property being a smart home, whilst there are manual switches to use there is also a main panel next to the front door that controls all the lighting, HVAC and security shutters which is something unique to this property.

The only thing that we didnt like doesnt even have anything to do with the property so its not worth mentioning here. Lenico Seafront Villa was worth every penny spent

We had a wonderful stay! Location is unreal – just steps away from the sea, we have really enjoyed early morning swims at sunrise and falling asleep to the sound of waves. Our stay was comfortable and calm, villa also has excellent AC and shower pressure. Host Maria was super nice, helpful and caring! 10/10 👌 would recommend for everyone

A very nice villa on the 1st line. As soon as you open the door you immediately find yourself on the beach. The photos and description of this villa are completely true thus you will see the same in reality. Waking up in the morning you see a wonderful sunrise right from your bedroom window. The villa is fully equipped with all you need for relax. All tavernas/ restaurants, supermarkets, boat rent, are within walking distance (5 mins max). You will definitely enjoy your stay there. And we will be happy to come back here again.

We loved everything about our stay at Lenico Villa. The host Maria was so welcoming and there was everything we needed for a completely relaxing and amazing holiday. The position just by the beach is fantastic with shops, restaurants and bars just a few steps away. And an amazing sunrise. We will be back!
