Our host or representative was very friendly and supportive. Our lack of the French language was a problem but Google-translate helped us out.

Even though of the tropical location - more could/should be done to keep mold at bay. The deck around the pool is in URGENT need of repair - there's a couple of spot that are truly dangerous. A book / list of instructions on how various (unfamiliar ) appliances work would have been helpful. We never figured out how to use the oven and getting the washing machine to do something, without knowledge of local appliances operations - proved to be an entertainment in itself.
