Luxury villa by the beach by Andros Villas Collection

התקשורת היתה קלה וציפו לנו בעת ההגעה. קיבלנו הסבר טוב על הוילה. המרפסת הצופה לים מקסימה. עיצוב החדרים ובמיוחד האמבטיות מיוחד והילדות הקטנות מאד התלהבו. החדרים נוחים. המיטות נוחות. יש מגבות למקלחת ומגבות לים כולן גדולות ומפנקות. לכל חדר מקלחת ושירותים, מה שנותן אפשרות לפרטיות. (היינו 8 אנשים - 3 דורות ולכולם היה נהדר). הארוח מאד נדיב. חיכו לנו ממתקים מקומיים. קיבלנו וביקשנו מיטת תינוק וגם כסא אוכל לתינוק. יש בדירה - סוכר, מלח, שמן , קפה וכדומה. באמצע השהות הוחלפו המצעים והמגבות, ללא בקשה מצידנו. כל שאלה נענתה במהירות. תודה מיוחדת מגיעה גם לביטו, שדאג לדירה ולנו בשקט ובנעימות. ועוד לא הזכרתי את הבריכה הנהדרת שבחצר... שגם היא נתנה לנו שעות של הנאה. אנו מאד מקוים לבוא שוב להתארח.

Une plage magnifique, une vue incroyable, une maison bien equipee, moderne avec 4 belles chambres et leur salle de bain. Et merci a Bitou pour sa disponibilite et son aide.

The remote location is great for people who look to unplug, but also a few steps away from a full service beach and a restaurant at the entrance to the property. Amazing views and great terrace to hang out and have family meals. Cleaning services every 3 days was pleading surprise.

Location is incredible. Really well looked after property / gardens... everything. The house is beautiful and comfortable with AC and bathroom in every room, large balcony / terrace and plenty of space. All amenities included. Special thanks for Bittou who runs the day to day operations on site and who was always there ready to help.

Didn't like that I had to leave :) The only thing I wasn't expecting was to have neighbours in the property under us. It's not clear from the pictures but every house has two separate flats. Usually one flat on the ground floor and then another flat upstairs on the 1st floor. It wasn't a problem because they are well separated and private. Perfect for a large group who can book the whole house.

The house is part of a very exclusive group of detached and private houses inside an enclosed development. It's actually quite an amazing location and it's extremely tranquil and quiet (in October at least). The houses are all built into the hillside with a path leading you down to a really lovely beach. It's hard to beat for that kind of location and convenience. It's just a couple of minutes drive from the Hora (Andros Town) The quality of the house is really high. Very expensive and tasteful fixtures and fittings. The top part of the house has a big living room/kitchen with 3 bedrooms, all with private en suite bathrooms plus a, guest WC. The downstairs has been closed off and not accessible except for one further bedroom with a private en suite bathroom. So 4 en suite bedrooms in total. The outside of the house has a small raised surface pool (didn't use because the sea was nicer) and some nice furniture. There's quite a spectacular outside terrace with great views and it's a wonderful area for relaxing and eating on the very large exterior dining table. There's parking for one car and electric golf buggies are provided to take you down the path to the beach as it's very steep The host is very attentive and the on site Caretaker (Bittou) is a really charming, helpful person Overall I would say that if you don't mind spending the money (it's not cheap) you will be hard pushed to find anything like this and I definitely recommend it

It's a bit expensive, especially for mid October Few things missing from the kitchen like a microwave which would have been very handy. Unfortunately (no fault whatsoever of the property), the island was extremely windy for the first few days and it prevented us from using the beach or even just being able to have a relaxing walk. I don't know if the island is just a windy place or we were simply very unlucky

Big open spaces, a bathroom for every bedroom, airy, very clean and you had everything you needed to cook if you wanted to & for coffee as well. There’s a washing mashing, an iron and even beach towels at your disposal! The staff was very prompt and extremely nice and friendly. Everything got cleaned without even asking every 3 days (we were there for 10days). The host, Irina, was great! Every time we had a question or something we wanted she would be there to answer and offer solutions. Bittou was extremely nice and always on site to help with everything we needed and did so every time! Thank you!

We were a bit confused about the barbeque facilities - although this is mentioned in the description, you have to specifically ask for the barbecue and can only have it for free for a day.

Wonderful house, with stunning views. Nice rooms with ensuite bathrooms. everything sparkly clean and in great working order.

The welcome could have been better, clearer directions were needed. When I stayed in similar (luxury) places before, the hosts would leave a small welcome, some fruits or something like that.
