This is one of the most beautiful places we have stayed, Jenny is a fantastic hostess and nothing is too much trouble, I cannot recommend this amazing villa enough and we will most definitely return. Our stay exceeded all of our expectations. The villa is even more beautiful in person than in the photos. It is spacious, welcoming, and thoughtfully designed. What we loved most was the layout of the villa. There are so many lovely seating areas throughout the property, and every corner feels special. Terraces, garden spaces, indoor and outdoor dining areas, a poolside sitting area, outdoor kitchen, oven, and multiple lounge spaces. It feels like there is always another great spot to sit, relax, and enjoy the place. The pool was perfect, and at a great temperature. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed for cooking and we didn’t miss a thing. The bedrooms were very comfortable, the beds were great, and the villa felt peaceful and private while still being very close to everything. The supermarket is less than 5 minutes away by car, and the nearest beach is only about 2 minutes away. Jenny was a wonderful host throughout our stay. She was always available, replied very quickly to every question or request on WhatsApp, and was incredibly kind and helpful. She made us feel very welcome and made sure we had everything we needed. A car is definitely recommended for getting around the area, but that would be true almost anywhere around Agios Nikolaos if you plan to explore beyond the nearest beach.

Some of our group would have preferred blackout curtains, as the rooms get quite bright in the morning (there are curtains and shutters, just not ones that fully block out the light). Personally, it didn’t bother me, but it could be a nice addition for light sleepers.

The property was very spacious and in a great location. The pool was great. Everything you needed was at the property, would love to visit again. Jenny couldn’t have been more helpful

The villa is 5 stars you cannot go wrong. So much detail and love has been put into this place it shows in every corner of the house and the outdoors too. Good vibes, spacious, lots of sitting areas, multiple bbq options. Pool area is a lot of fun, it’s clean with a beautiful garden and lots of different hangouts around it. Very well equipped kitchen. Friendly communicative host that helps with every need and also gives good recommendations. Beautiful views of area, sea, sunrises. Quiet private location. Parking on site. The garden around the villa is a marvelous project with great taste and a lot of thought put into seating areas for different situations and times of day.

Location is out of town so nothing is walking distance, everything requires (short) drive by car.

Everything. The owner Jenny, is lovely and will do anything to make you comfortable. Great location with beautiful views, easy walk to beach that also leads on to the town. Fabulous swimming pool with plenty of loungers and seating areas. Big garden with pizza oven and barbecues. The house is cool and very well laid out with a separate flat where our son and his family stayed, ideal. The kitchen had everything you need for a large family gathering, we were 8 adults and 1 child. We had a fantastic time, sad to leave.
