Beautiful Villa, with absolutely everything you need!

I liked absolutely everything!

Great place and great owners. We were welcomed with a rich basket of food and drinks together with a home made local salad which is much appreciated. The villa is very clean and decorated with style. Katerina is very responsive and makes extra efforts for her guests.

It was very spacious and spotlessly clean with regular housekeeping and well equipped for self catering. We loved the pool and garden as it was very hot when we were there.

A beautiful, unique house located in the city of Kavros, 20 minutes from the wonderful Rethymno, with some sandy beaches and greek taverns nearby. An exceptional place to stay in, everything was very clean and tidy ( a maid came once to replace all the sheets and clean the house), there was a lot of space for all of us (7 people). AC was installed in each of the rooms. There was every amenity we needed in the villa: kitchenware, coffee machines(with coffee and filters provided), a washing machine, bikes, cleaning supplies, sunbeds, pool floaters... Also many spices and teas. Drinking water was provided, as there was a water filter in one of the taps. Our children had a lot of fun in the outdoor pool, which was well- maintained and quite big. Our host was a wonderful, hospitable person, she prepared a local salad and some snacks and drinks for us when we arrived, recommended us some notable places to visit nearby and was always warm and helpful. We also received some discounts in a local family tavern, and good-bye gifts. We would totally recommend Pelagias villa for everybody interested in having a wonderful and memorable time on the beautiful island of Crete and meeting great and generous people.

We had an amazing holiday,the house was beautiful,the host was on call if we needed her.There was housekeeping with fresh bed linen and towels.We made lots of memories and would highly recommend this villa,Thanks to Katarina and Marco for an amazing holiday and hope to be back in the future,Mary ,john and girls xxxx

villa as per the photographs. tastefully decorated , good facilites . very clean. lovely pool and patio. very comfotable beds and pillows. Katerina and her husband warmly welcomed us, it was no trouble that we were late due to luggage issues. They had arranged a welcome pack , which we had not expected . fruit basket, milk and their special olive oil. they were in touch during our stay and we could contact them for any questions or assistance. beach recommendations etc. restaurants / supermarket and nearest beach 10 minutes walk. bread bakery even nearer. good restaurant choice. Especially our host family owned Taverna . we dined there twice and on our last night ordered a take away delivery of Moussaka. Such welcoming staff at Restaurant. special thanks to Katerina's sister and husband for their welcome at the restaurant. check out the resaurant shop for goodies.

no real issues. the neighborhood dogs bark and the cockeral crows. but all part of the charm at being on the town outskirts
