Seabreeze house by the sea by Andros Villas Collection

The villa was very clean inside and well stocked! Groundskeeper was super helpful!

We had lots of issues with losing power and hot water. The groundskeeper was excellent in trying to help, but it was beyond him. Issues were eventually resolved but it was very stressful. The owners compensation for the headache was baked goods, not exactly adequate. There were also ants OUTSIDE on terrace, so not usable. The villa is not as pictured as the grown vegetation blocks the view. The walk around the property and to the beach is super steep. Which could be a problem for some. The public beach is not connected to the property and there is a fee to pay restaurant to rent lounge chairs. Car is needed to get around for dinners.

This was a lovely big property with good sized bedrooms. It’s in a wonderful location with amazing views. It has access to a small beach which almost feels private.

House was lovely, staff helpful, good quiet beach and Andros is a lovely visit ….and the food …definitely a place to decompress and relax 😎👍

The Property view and Facilities are amazing, the reality is even better than photos, a semi private beach with all facilities accessible from the compound, the location is nice near Chora, the host was attentive to details and requests, great family vacation property, will sure come back next year. ALSO, i would like to state that Erini (property owner), was more than helpful and understanding to solve our main request when we found 2 rooms whit out A/c's, she sent the labour to install A/c's the second day. thanks

Nothing, except miss understanding the fact that the property is a full 3 bedrooms + a maids room (which can be used as a single room- but the description confused us and our expectation, although no issues at all. The issue with not having A/C'S in 2 rooms, was solved immediately.
