Skiathos Seaview Villa with Pool

Excellent host amazing house

Villa was clean, comfortable and had everything that we needed. Antonis was a great help when we needed. The pool was cleaned every morning and the cleaner came everyday and did a fabulous job including fresh bed linen and towels mid week. She even washed up!

The only thing that my dad with arthritic knees struggled with was the spiral staircase that had no bannister rail. The very steep drive way was also a bit scary at first.

Siamo stati ospiti in questa villa con piscina dal 25 al 28 giugno 2025 quindi la settimana scorsa devo dire che quando l'abbiamo vista ci è piaciuta tantissimo soprattutto il terrazzo che affaccia sulla baia del porto con una vista spettacolare E una piscina pulita e accogliente

Mancavano alcuni servizi come acqua calda nella doccia e in cucina mancava una macchinetta da caffè con capsule Al piano terra c'erano 3 camere da letto e dato che eravamo 3 coppie mancava un bagno che doveva essere essenziale per la privacy della coppia

I like the pool and view.

The 4th bedroom is open space for the living room and very hot.

Apostolis was waiting for us to arrive at the property. Upon arrival, he was very nice and helped us bring in our belongings.

We liked having the full kitchen with a clothes washer, the private pool and wonderful view! It was also very convenient to dining, shopping and gorgeous beaches!

The drive up the hill is a bit steep if you meet an oncoming car. The loft could benefit from an air conditioner.

View is amazing. It’s clean and they provide anything you need and clean and change sheets every day. Beds are comfy and kitchen has anything you might need. Location is great too.

Very steep road to access the property. Bathrooms need some renovation as they are old and tired. The internal spiral stairs are very dangerous especially with small children. No railing and very steep and need extra attention. Location of pool was not ideal but the pool gets cleaned often and is ok.

The view of the town and the airport, the pool was nice, air conditioning is available in all rooms, the staff was more than accommodating and helped book dinner reservations, about a 20-25 min walk into town

The showers were temperamental and low pressure (but minor issue)
