We've stayed here several times and enjoyed the freshly painted house and rooms with new bathroom and new beds and mattresses. Easy walk to beach, shops and restaurants.

Το παραθαλάσσιο σπίτι ξεπέρασε κάθε προσδοκία μας! Όλα ήταν άψογα, πεντακάθαρα και ιδιαίτερα προσεγμένα σε κάθε λεπτομέρεια. Ο χώρος είναι πλήρως ανακαινισμένος, μοντέρνος και πολύ φιλόξενος, κάνοντάς μας να νιώσουμε σαν στο σπίτι μας από την πρώτη στιγμή. Τα στρώματα ήταν εξαιρετικά άνετα και προσέφεραν πραγματικά ξεκούραστο ύπνο. Η θέα στη θάλασσα ήταν μοναδική — να ξυπνάς και να βλέπεις το απέραντο γαλάζιο ήταν μια εμπειρία ανεπανάληπτη. Σίγουρα θα το επιλέγαμε ξανά και το προτείνουμε ανεπιφύλακτα!

A true 10/10 experience! This beautiful villa is perfectly located right in front of the sea, offering breathtaking views and the relaxing sound of the waves all day long. The property has been fully renovated and everything feels fresh, modern, and spotless. The brand-new furniture adds a luxurious and comfortable touch, making the villa feel both stylish and welcoming. The rooms are spacious, bright, and beautifully decorated, while the outdoor areas are perfect for relaxing, dining, or simply enjoying the incredible seaside atmosphere. Waking up every morning with the sea just steps away was unforgettable. Everything was perfectly maintained, and the overall experience exceeded all expectations. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful, luxurious, and unforgettable stay by the sea. We would definitely come back again!

L’extérieur de la maison et encore…

On ne sent PAS DU TOUT bien dans cette maison. Ça pue le renfermé quand on arrive. C’est vieillot Les voisins sont bruyants Lugubre!!!!! Douche horrible avec fuite d’eau énorme Lit peu confortable Décoration horrible Instructions de ne surtout pas utiliser trop d’eau!!! Le propriétaire qui insiste sur ça au téléphone Mes enfants avaient peur dans cette maison Alentours nuls; moches.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Exceptional Stay! We had a wonderful experience at Nineta’s House Sea View! The location is perfect — peaceful, with stunning sea views, and just a short drive from the airport, which made our arrival and departure super convenient. The house was spotless, well-equipped, and tastefully decorated, offering a cozy and relaxing atmosphere. Nineta was an amazing host — warm, welcoming, and always available if we had any questions. She even gave us great tips about the area, including where to eat (del Porto restaurant was the best choice for us with an amazing Italian food and traditional Greek food as well) We especially loved sitting on the terrace in the morning, enjoying coffee with the sea breeze. This place is a hidden gem and perfect for anyone looking for a quiet and scenic stay near Athens without being right in the city. Highly recommend and would definitely return!
